I'm considering doing a cycle just for recomposition at some point and I'm not entirely clear how this works. I've read that eating at maintenance doesn't really do much for you in terms of muscle gain or fat loss, so I'm not sure how a recomp cycle should be structured, regarding nutrition. Right now, I'm 200 lbs and about 12-14% body fat. My end goal would be to decrease my body fat as much as possible and replace it with muscle, so I'm still in the 200 lb. range. How would one go about this? A couple weeks of cutting and a couple of bulking? Carb cycling? I'll be using Malicious Mass, which doesn't have a lot of feedback yet, but I'm assuming it will at least be easier than without a PH. Any advice is appreciated.
