how bad is the lethargy on epi?

wondering if i need a test-base of some sort (stano, 4-ad, frl 5-alpha, dermacrine, d-spray, etc) or if i will be ok w/o it? i have some trestobol, but am hesitant to take that because of the bloat (trying to recomp). also thinking about transdermal test or original 4-ad transdermally, but those are more expensive options

I ran epi at 80mg per day for 7 weeks with 4 pumps of dermacrine per day with zero lethargy.

Without a "test base" 40mg of epi gives me mild lethargy around week 5

Stano and frl 5-alpha are not a "test-base". They are both actually two step conversions to DHT. They both increase libido and help with lethargy while on cycle tho. I would go with stano. I'm currently using stanozane by ironflex on my epi cycle and I'm loving it

I would recommend against a stano hormone. Stano and epi are both DHT based, which wouldn't hurt, but why not add some variety? Dermacrine or 4-AD would be an excellent choice. Keep your diet right and bloat shouldn't be a problem.

I ran 4-AD and loved it TBH. I did 800mg a day. If you catch a sale it's definitely worth it. If not, I agree it can be pricey.

If you go with 4-Ad, run nothing less than 800mg/day I would prefer you run 1g a day.

for me it was terrible at weeks 5 and six i could not wait to get back to normal. I used stano 800mg a day and it did not help. If i were you i would try 4ad or trest thats what i will use as a test base next time.
