It's a ****ty artificial sweetener and I wouldn't advise it. Use pure stevia instead. I'd even stay away from Truvia because I believe they use some additives too - it's not just stevia in there.
Which ever sweetener you prefer. All studies done on artificial sweeteners were done on the sedentary. If you eat and train the way we all do sweeteners should be the least important worry. Ffs how many antioxidants do you take in a day? Plus exercise has a "repair" effect on the body.
