With other peoples' comments, how do you feel your progress is?i feel great, this past weekend with all the things goign on i didnt dosed correctly DCP, im supposed to dose 12 caps but i was dosing around 16-18 no cramps.i tried to keep my diet clean i didnt even touch a beer/wine or any alcohol containing beverage i just drank water. i got comments that i look leaner.

small update i ate like half a cake , im very ashame , i did 15 min cardio on the eliptical. worked out chest and tricep. got on the scale before my workout 195

sorry for the lack of updates im still hitting the gym and taking dcp(4/4/4)
im stuck at 194 but i havet added any cardio. and i dont feel lethargic anymore.
i been thinking on addind Alri Restor to this stack but not sure yeat. i been taking 6 scoops of lemonade Xtend with 3 gr BA during workout and its been great .

my actual weight hasnt moved alot just the fact that when i started this i was around 201 and now im 194, but i deff look and feel leaner on the waist part, im harder, strenght has gone up to t he point were i was when i was taking drive and those test boosters. cause when i started just taking nac,ala.milk thistle, dcp etc. my strength started going downhill, but now i fell like i did before. so thing had been getting better. also on a side note i been taking 4gr 1-carboxy pre bed. works wonders for sleep![]()
i still have the pain on my bicep and shoulder. I did cardio today it really sucked. i just made 60 worh of cardio and it was like 5.5miles i know it sucks but im starting cardio so cut me some slacki noticed more endurance that in other times. I did spiked my 6 scoops of Xtend and 4 gr of BA with an extra 5 gr of leucine i did took 4 DCP and 500mg Calcium before workout. i feel ok, my legs are pumped i didnt sweat alot but i did it feel it worked. tomorrow im just going to the gym to have another 60 min session.
