Holiday Damage stack--- tring to avoid gaining too much fat

hey AB whats up with the DCP being all gone??? you hoggin it all??? heard nothin but good things and want to give it a go.....

i like it so far, i havent had any cramps, i might try more caps but i dont know if its worth it i might just try it out for a few days.

the best thing is that i havent had to touch an elyptical/bike or any of those things. i might do it eventually but i have to prepare my self for that kind of abuse :lol:

i feel great, this past weekend with all the things goign on i didnt dosed correctly DCP, im supposed to dose 12 caps but i was dosing around 16-18 no cramps.i tried to keep my diet clean i didnt even touch a beer/wine or any alcohol containing beverage i just drank water. i got comments that i look leaner.

I hope you guys had a great time with your loved ones.

i feel leaner, i feel great . im not craving sweets like i used too, i do crave alot of beef (no homo), chicken and that kind of foods.

maybe not as high as it should that could be the problem, at first i was getting alot of protein and i was having really bad gas then Gut health got rid of it and i keept it low since then . i been tring to get most of my protein from real food instead of protein shakes. i might have to add more protein .

i was bored at work and i decided to cap some beta alanine(i got 500gr) just to test it out. i manage to cap just i batch (50 caps) they seem to be between 500-550 gr each im thinking on 2 dosing protocols for it

1.- 3 caps at noon 4 pre workout and 3 post workout(thats like 5gr)
2.- 5 caps pre and 5 post(around 5gr also)

im also thinking on making 1gr(hope i can pack 1gr on a "00"cap of nac) i would like to dose NAC at 3 GR ed as long with making 500mg Milkthistle caps or maybe add some NAC and Milkthistel.

Im also goign to make sleep aid consisting of 1-carboxy and muira pauma.

i hope the Bulk Master(Dsade) chimes in.
 
small update i ate like half a cake , im very ashame , i did 15 min cardio on the eliptical. worked out chest and tricep. got on the scale before my workout 195

What does DCP do? I was looking to take Lipo6x, would the DCP stack well with it?

Would Leviathan be a better choice than the Lipo6x, why?

In addition to freeing fatty acids to be burned, kicking up mitochondrial activity TO burn the free fatty acids, and increasing thermogenesis (burning of fat to increase body temp), DCP prevents fat storage by inhibiting some important enzymes, thus allowing you to keep burning fat even when your diet "strays" a bit from clean.

I haven't heard much from the Lipo6 combo, but I am using the Leviathan/DCP combo myself with EXCELLENT results. I don't think you can really beat DCP/Leviathan for results.

kitchenstud, DCP is worth a try. i was going to try that DCP/Leviathan stack but since im looking for a stim free alternative i just went with DCP and the other supps on my current stack.
 
im still 195.
i was looking at some stuff at work and i found that i have a new sealed SizeOn i dont know if i should add it to see how it goes. since im only taking the current stack and im starting to loose motivation casuse strenght has stayed the same :(

i been thinking on addind Alri Restor to this stack but not sure yeat. i been taking 6 scoops of lemonade Xtend with 3 gr BA during workout and its been great .

my actual weight hasnt moved alot just the fact that when i started this i was around 201 and now im 194, but i deff look and feel leaner on the waist part, im harder, strenght has gone up to t he point were i was when i was taking drive and those test boosters. cause when i started just taking nac,ala.milk thistle, dcp etc. my strength started going downhill, but now i fell like i did before. so thing had been getting better. also on a side note i been taking 4gr 1-carboxy pre bed. works wonders for sleep :)

with the increase in strength and maintainance of weight im sure your proablly exchangeing some fat for LBM even if its not adipose tissue your probally increasing muscle density wich im sure Dsade was getting at as well.
 
i have a small update i havent touched the scale but i do feel my abs harder and with less fat. im also increasing my tolerance to BA since i been taking 3 gr several times a day and adding like 4.5 gr to my during workout Xtend.

i think i pull a muscle, yesterday when i was doing curls my shoulder started to hurt but wheni picked up the 65lbs DB i could barely make 6 with my right arm, and it stills hurts a lil bit

I did cardio today it really sucked. i just made 60 worh of cardio and it was like 5.5miles i know it sucks but im starting cardio so cut me some slack :P i noticed more endurance that in other times. I did spiked my 6 scoops of Xtend and 4 gr of BA with an extra 5 gr of leucine i did took 4 DCP and 500mg Calcium before workout. i feel ok, my legs are pumped i didnt sweat alot but i did it feel it worked. tomorrow im just going to the gym to have another 60 min session.

i been sick. i have a dry cough that i have like for almost 2 weeks with it. i did 30 min cardio on the eliptical. before doing cardio i got on the scale and i was 192.25lbs
 
i run out of DCP :( but i just recived some Reset AD, Napalm and Venom Lean Dreams, those are going to be added to my stack
 
i tried the Reset AD and napalm today, napalm felt like napalm lol, i got on the scale and almost **** my pants i was 190 lbs. Since my trainign partner its on vacation i been using time to do cardio (30 min eliptical cardio) and a few sets of bicep and tricep today.
 
Did you step back on the scale AFTER you **** your pants? Might have been down to 185.
 
I just consider **** in tha pants weight normal :think: dunno why :think: LOL


Nice job bro, looks like all the cardio is paying off, just keep it up and you should be a picture of perfection in no time!

Im interested to see how the Napalm treats you as my wife and I may have an opportunity to run it in the near future.
 
i have noticed that napalm does stings a lil more in some places than others . when i put it on the obliques and love handles area it stings alot for a few min. i havent shaved my gut just to prevent that from happening. but on the abs it doesnt sting it just gets the whole area red.
