Results from my comp are in, I now hold the IPA Nationals Record for SHW, Masters class. The workouts paid off, even the 10 day Chest Destruction. I hold the record for Bench and Deadlift. The dead wasnt as high I would like it to be but I wasn't expecting to do as well as I did.
