Hman's Epic Epi Adventure

Lil update, Went out last friday night had a few drinks(around 4) and then we went to this burger spot in st pete after. Well when i woke up in the morning it felt like i had 30 drinks the night before. I puked all of my food up from the night before and continued to puke the whole day. i couldn't even keep water down for more than 15 minutes, not good. That kept me in bed for the next 2 days and my appetite hasn't been the same since I still can't eat hardly anything. i hope it gets better sonn cause it sucks a fat one!!!!!
 
I always hold mine with fingers pointing in, as you can develop an uneven back by having a reverse grip, wich can cause bad problems.

very true, reverse grip is easier to perform but can bring problems.

the biceps problem was possibly a micro tear , go easy with them for at least 2 weeks

Ummmm...what? Four drinks did you that horribly? That's rough, man. How quick did you slam them? Maybe you got food poisoning and just thought it was the alcohol.

Thats what i am saying there is no chance in hell that many drinks would do that to me. I wasn't even buzzed really. I am all better now though but i was weak yesterday at the gym.
 
Update: Pct is done and i am feeling way stronger now than when on epi:think: Not sure what that is about must be the carbs. I have been adding carbs back in the other day, not alot but putting them back in there. It seems to really be helping with my strength and stamina. I am still losing fat too so thats good. I have upped the cardio as well.
Here are some numbers to just show you about where i am at on my lift the last 2 days.
chest 2 days ago- flat bench-135-15,185-12,225-10,255-9,275-3
db incline-70-10, 80-10,90-10
cable flys 40(each side)15, 35-15, 30-15,25-20

Back(yesterday)

Thanks guys! I know I have a long way till go to have ripped abs. I think I am sitting around 12-13 percent. what does everyone else think on bodyfat? I really just need to up my cardio and it would be there. I just am so busy all the time. I moved back to tampa and now all my friends and ladies always want to hang out, so when that happens cardio gets put on the backburner. I need to move again lol. Btw anyone tried nectar cappacino(spell?) protein, wow!!!!!!!

looking good bro,just reduce the carbs to half on your lunch and dinner and you`ll see that 6 pack, it was what I did and I made it in a 2 month period
 
just a brief update
Got 375-6 on last set of deads
275-6 on bench yesterday
90-10 on incline dumbells

And the hottest girl I have ever seen was in my gym today Giggity Giggity
And I Talked to marcus Haley today as well pretty cool dude, he just started going to my gym so I can get some pro advice!

Hel Yeah!! All of this is good news. And that's some very nice numbers you're putting up now. Those last pics of you show the rewards your efforts. Lookin' swole up my brutha. And those arms don't look small to me!! :jaw:

They don't look small, but they are only like 15 1/2 inches. I feel that is small. I would like to get to 17 or 18 one day, but we will see. My arms are the hardest thing to get to grow on me!

i am 6'3 240 pounds bulking to 265 right now and i want to start my first cycle with Epistane current max is 360 bench, 600 deadlift and 400 squat.

probably 20/30/30/40
on cycle and post cycle i will be takeing 2 scoops of cycle support spread out and for pct i will be useing pct assist at 4 caps a day
will not be taking a SERM for pct but will keep one on hand

If you 17 that isn't a good idea. try waiting for a couple years and get your natural gains to the maximum.
 
ya i know but i am gonna make sure im doing everything right so ill have the least chance of sides. im not one of the ones who just go into the cycle not knowing what im doing just because i want to get big from a magic pill. i compete in powerlifting and am gonna be doing bodybuilding sometime this year.
 
yeah but at 17 years old..you are still jacked up on your own testosterone man...trust me..trust me when I say this, you DO want to wait until you are older. You have no idea how much you can phuck yourself up doing roids at a younger age...Im speaking from experience here.

17? you need to hold off unless you think you are going to make a career out of bodybuilding then its not worth it. You need to stay natty, its for your overall benefiet.
 
Dude, in the long run, it's soooo not worth it. The gains you make off of the oral hormones are so minute. They don't last. I like the mild compounds for recomp and minor physique changes, but they're really not THAT great. I jumped into AAS when I was 18yo, and it was stupid. I cought the flu after my first cycle, and there went all my gains...money down the crapper. Second cycle was fun, but the mass I gained was hardly anything worth bragging about, nor was it worth the money it cost me. I'm natural right now, and feel better than ever. Ya, I do some OTC hormones here and there, but it's nothing major. Like I said, I use it for body recomp rather than mass gain.

Just wait dude. You're obviously making good gains already. Don't fix what aint broken.

Good job man glad we could help! Think about it this way get your training and diet dialed in and have that down good enough that you know exactly what your body needs to grow, diet, and maintain. then when your older(over 22) and you still want to to AAS then you will do much better with them, b/c you will know your body much better.
