Very good to hear. I mean it’s great about the great gains, but that you feel you had a productive conversation with actionable items for you both to work on for one another.

If the nips are spicy, bump the AI. You don’t want them spicy. That’s the stage right before lumps/tissue formation.How much P5P are you taking daily? I recommend at least 2 doses daily totaling 200-400mg.

I upped dose of P5P to 200mg x 2 a day. I also dropped another 12.5 Aromasin and with in hours it cleared up. Also I have added hcg and from what I understand that can exacerbate this situation. I'll keep a close eye on it.

I don't know if it was the talk me and my wife had buy holy hell... just about had a boner all day and didn't matter how much I took care of it, it came back. Good thing I work remote in my basement office.

Had some lower right back pain today. I did a shitty job on water yesterday, so I doubled down on water today and it went away. Drank about 200 oz.

Yea dude the boner/ libido thing is something you're gonna have to deal with I'm 41 and feel like I'm 16. Atleast you know your test/ nandrilone ratio is good because you're still able to get hard

It’s tough on a lot of compounds potentially. It’s a genuine side effect. The worst is when your libido is crazy but you are getting erectile dysfunction (I’ve had that on Dienelone enanthate after a while, and on Xtren/Prodienelone oral almost ASAP). Just an itch you can’t scratch

So here are a few questions for the vets here.

At what point will I know that I am reacting well to this combo/cycle? (further context below)
When am I clear of Tren causing crazy acne (so far I have 0)
When am I at the full strength of being a dick from Tren (so far I am a cool cat and controlling any increased aggression nicely)
I guess from what I hear some people are murderous rapists on tren (exaggerating, maybe), and for some people, it's like it doesn't have any negative side effects, when will I know where I fall on that scale.

Should I lower my calories? So far I am hovering at 199 but recomp is certainly happening. I am measuring and progress is great gaining strength, and size and losing on my midsection. The truth is I would rather cut. I want to be at or under 15% by the end of this. So I am at week 2.5 with 7.5 weeks left of Tren and 9.5 weeks left of test. Still will add Tbol at the end. So, if I am seeing great recomp but would like to focus on the cutting part, should I cut more calories? I am at 2100 - 2200 every day. Or should I stay the course? I know I am only 2.5 weeks in but at the same time I don't want to wait too late to adjust.

*also I can drop a day or two of intermittent fasting to help reduce calories a day or two as suggested.

Keep going until progress stalls than go to a cut. BTW just because you're not a total ahole on the doesn't mean it's not working. I know a bro at my gym who the only way you know he's running tren is by the change in his body comp and when he does cardio more than 3 times a week lol

I would not lower calories further at this time. You have 9-10 weeks left and are only 2100 now - you really don’t have a ton of room to drop, so if you are leaning out then let it be. Then when it stalls, you can start to implement caloric cuts.

EXACTLY what i was thinking that's almost a gram if gear when did only ever become before before word gram lol
It’s not reckless or pro-caliber, but it’s enough firepower for someone not even lifting to immediately begin transforming, so it’s quite a blast for someone just getting back on the anabolic saddle.

Yeah, I totally get the only part. I totally agree. "The only" was really was referring to the 200mgs of Tren. I know many run that **** high as ****. Honestly, so far I am enjoying the **** out this cycle. Very very few sides. Sleep - I am used to that now, just was an adjustment. That and just handling the estrogen and prolactin, which is in pretty decent shape now.

I feel I just keep losing on my waist but that scale doesn't move. I am 100% ok with this.

Week 3, Day 5.

Like I just posted scale has barely moved. It is hovering around 198 - 199. The thing is my waist is down significantly and gaining in the right areas. So all good. I am just going to stay the course with everything. I have noticed my Resting heart rate dropped from about 80 to 70 over the last week or so. I feel like this is a good thing but don't know why.

The other thing I was curious about was what I experience last night but had been noticing this over the last week or so: I, unfortunately, had to pull out last night because even though I got a vasectomy about 4 weeks ago, my wife is like "we still aren't in the clear" and it was in her window. Fine so be it but, I showered her like a pornstar. I mean the distance and the amount was ridiculous. We both couldn't stop laughing. So what caused that? It was like a shotgun going off on a repeater. HCG? Test, Tren? All of the above? My normal would not be this.

I have been hyper-aware of my nips. They are not sensitive because I have been managing them since first showing some signs of spiciness. I was feeling around today and it feels sore/bruised under the skin. Not on the nip but about 1 inch out from the nipple at the 5oclock range ((old picture btw) with the spot outlined in blue that feels weird, it's small). It feels more like I hit it with a weight while exercising which could be the case tbh. I am feeling around and there is not a knot. There is some fatty mass because I am not ripped yet. Nothing feels solid. I had puberty gyno when I was a kid. I remember it being about a quarter size knot under my nipples. Was too afraid to ask docs what it was, so never checked out but it went away.

So IDK. Little freaked out by it tbh, this also might be 100% in my head btw. Nips are good as far as feeling, no hard mass under. Just sore and slightly squishes tissue. Any advice? should I increase AI/ Should I watch?

Side note. It didn't fully hit me until I was looking at this picture how much progress I have made. Holy hell, I can't wait to post updated ones.

Based on what you are saying, it’s probably fine. Just monitor it - if it’s a bruise, it will not worse and eventually improve. So if it hurts the same in a week, bump your AI. No worries!

It’s probably the HCG, the extra volume. Hope you both enjoy!

Cool. I think its in my head or a bruise. Again no lump, no nothing visible form outside. Just might be hyper-aware.

Day 2 of Week 4:

Feel like do-do. Not sure if it is a bug because my wife and kid were just sick if it is the 1800mg of berberine I am taking, or its the gear. I feel full and do not like eating. burping a lot. Tired.

My wife and kid just got over vomiting bug and some squirts. So no idea. I increased berberine to 600mg 3x a day Friday. I think I am going to cut it out for a few days.

Just don't feel 100% which sucks/

from my experience gyno doesn’t ever really go away… it just goes dormant. If you had a small lump under your nip earlier it’s super liable to rear it’s ugly head again. If you feel anything there nagging at your mind I would monitor closely and be ready to use your anti E… just don’t overdo it.

I was bothered by these feelings for years as I had a lump that kept coming back and getting bigger even years after I stopped using anything hormonal. Drove me nucking futs. Getting the surgery has been a blessing lol.

No, I would keep a low dose over the run. It takes a long time to lose effectiveness.

Week 4 day 4.

Finally over feeling like **** 100%. Feeling good. Getting back on track on workouts from needing to take a few days off from not feeling 100%.

My waist is down 3 inches now, hips are down 2 inches. I recently put in an order to one of my sources for my next cycle (PCT stuff). I am stocked up on everything now for 2 more cycles. All PCTs items, all AIs, HCG, T3. I will have a bunch more T3 extra and am considering upping my dose to 50mcg to 62.5mcg starting upon arrival (running only 25mcg now). They also threw in about 2 weeks' worth of clen but I plan to save that for another time.

I am starting to plan another cycle for next fall. Since I have had (knock on wood) minimal sides, I was thinking I should try a similar cycle but up the Tren to 400mg. I know, I know, that's a lot but, even my sleep is good now. No acne. No hair loss or growth, no night sweets, no craziness coming out. Just wanting to **** my wife constantly. Depending on where I land I would want to do a lean bulk. I plan my cycles far in advance.

I am feeling really good, the relationship is really really good (for now). My wife attacked me in the middle of the night the other night. It's been probably 5 years since that happened. So she is working on being more sexual. Honestly, that has always been half the battle with my temper or being a dick. Just always sexually frustrated and taking it personally that she hasn't been into it. I have been working on what she needs to feel in the mood more. Which are weird **** like chores, letting her get naps in, taking care of the kids more, and foot rubs and ****. (she is a fucking stay-at-home mom so I also have been, how fucking stressful could it really be, meanwhile I am in charge of 550 million of revenue for a major company. But I guess you got to do what you got to do.

Also, I just want to add. I use this as a log and a diary. Not just for me but for someone in the future that might be in my boat. Like never using Tren, what to expect, what hurdles I am having, and **** like that. Too many people on boards in general try to be bruh **** talkers instead of actually helping each other. I figured why not share my ****. Plus I appreciate al the advice.

Totally agree but there is a flip side to that. When I feel like nothing but a paycheck to her because I get nothing as far as attention physically of any kind or emotionally, how else am I supposed to feel? I make more than enough money for both of us (like a **** ton) (Like just bought her a 2022 Mach E GT in cash about 2 months ago) but taking that for granted is not cool either. I also am like a fucking A++ Dad, spend a **** ton of time with the kids, cook 50% of the meals, and do a ton of **** around the house. So.. Yes, she has an easy life. I don't know how else to put it.

Like I said since we have been working on things it's way way better. I don't mind doing the extra things and actually enjoy doing it for her as long as I know she cares about making me happy too. I use to be like that but over the years I have been worn down because of the lack of physicality. Hard to want to do **** for her when I feel that way. I'm going to keep working on it but yeah I resent her some. I hope that can go away as we work on things but it isn't gonna happen overnight.

Never just raise the dose 100%.

Going 200mg to 400mg is not just adding 200mg of something per week; it’s doubling the dose of Tren. You are getting great results now - why would you assume you need to take twice as much gear?

More isn’t better - better is better. If you want to take more next time, ramp it up progressively when you aren’t getting the desired effects. Maybe you try 250 for a few weeks, then 300 for 3-4 more, and if you still aren’t getting the changes you are after then you go 350. But consider that the higher you go, the greater the odds you’ll encounter unsavory side effects that will ruin the experience for you. There are loads of anecdotes online of guys who cannot handle 350/wk, but do well on 1-200/wk.

Also consider that even if you have no noticeable sides ever from Tren at any dose…how much damage can your kidneys take? Kidneys don’t repair themselves very well, unlike the liver. If you blast the delicate filters apart, they’re generally damaged forever. Im not trying to fear monger here, but longterm health is a consideration. You can buy your own dialysis machine, but you can’t pay someone to go through that for you.

Yeah, she does. She is a BS-RN by trade. So she plans to return part-time in about 3-4 years once the kids are in school. She just has taken on this whole mom persona. The best honest answer is that she is an 8/10 but just doesn't try as much anymore.

I am working with her to see what she might need more out of life. I get being home with the kids might not be the most exciting. Like me.... I know I need friends... I have 0 guy friends. I use to have some but they are few and far between. Always been kind of a loner, not in a creepy way but I just don't like sports or hunting or bullshit like that and just feel awkward. Sports are a waste of time (unless actually playing them, which is cool) I could care less how many yard joe blow ran last year. Who fucking cares. I am manly as **** just not interested in those things.

Like @Hyde said, the difference between ranges of 200-400 will be exponential and tread lightly if uncharted waters for you. Don’t waste time/money on proviron.

This is going to be highly controversial but, my best and favorite cycle to date was 300 test, 300 trest, 300 tren hex and T3. I boosted up to my heaviest weight at 243, was the leanest I’ve been and strongest. Not sure if you have experience with trest, if not disregard.

There is no cookie cutter but for me the tren fed of the estrogen from the trest, Ai was extremely minimal (25 mg exem per week) and the gains were surreal. Definitely some rage that one must acknowledge and work around. THC helps.

For contrast, 300 test and 300 tren had me on heavy ai and caber. Anecdotally, this was a no brainer for me and I will never run tren without trest again.

I use to have some but they are few and far between. Always been kind of a loner, not in a creepy way but I just don't like sports or hunting or bullshit like that and just feel awkward. Sports are a waste of time (unless actually playing them, which is cool) I could care less how many yard joe blow ran last year. Who fucking cares. I am manly as **** just not interested in those things.
My wife was my best friend and I was hers that's one of the reasons our marriage was so great and one if the top 3 things I miss about her. I didn't really need guy friends to go to Vegas or go golfing we with because I had her

This is going to be highly controversial but, my best and favorite cycle to date was 300 test, 300 trest, 300 tren hex and T3. I boosted up to my heaviest weight at 243, was the leanest I’ve been and strongest. Not sure if you have experience with trest, if not disregard.

There is no cookie cutter but for me the tren fed of the estrogen from the trest, Ai was extremely minimal (25 mg exem per week) and the gains were surreal. Definitely some rage that one must acknowledge and work around. THC helps.

It is also pretty well known that you tend to lose friends as time goes on, and it’s very common for men in America in general to become friendless amidst running their families and careers. But that is something you want to fight tooth and nail - it’s natural to grow apart/lose friendships, but you must try to replace them.

Having peers to confide in, share with, laugh with is important. Male bonding is still important. It’s good to have a bro date once a month or whatever where you spend a few hours catching up with someone, having a steak, playing some games, training together, something you both enjoy.

Yeah, I know you are right. I'll go up some. Maybe try out 300mg. Is there another compound you would recommend adding? Open to suggestions.

You are really putting the cart before the horse. DHB is about as strong as it comes per mg for an injectable/oil.

Last prep I had to back down from 150mg weekly because I was finding myself ready to kill someone in traffic and kept jumping down my wife’s throat or escalating disagreements way out of proportion. Backed down to 100mg and I became cool as a cucumber, relatively.

DHB is EXTREMELY neurologically up regulating. This is why it makes you strong, why grand masters in chess supplement with it at 5-10mg, why throwers use it, and why heavyweight strength athletes might use it (who want to take more drugs but can’t handle much more mg). It’s also why it can cause anxiety, aggression, and generally a high level of tension; I felt like I was becoming a bomb, ready to blow the second anyone even touched the red wire, let alone cut it. It is 4-5x as anabolic per mg as something like test or primo.

Adding 300mg is like you adding 1.2 GRAMS of EQ into the stack you have, which you are also talking about already adding 100mg of Tren. You haven’t earned the need to use that kind of firepower, and you would be doing your future self a terrific disservice.

It also greatly increases insulin sensitivity, lowers blood sugar, drives hunger, provides some anti-estrogenic activity. And if you don’t supplement with extra choline you’re going to probably start feeling very burnt out and overstressed mentally, because it’s going to overdrive your mental processes so much.

A little is awesome. Sharper focus, awareness, mental clarity, healthier blood sugar management, tempering of estrogen, positive energy & decisiveness, more in explosive training with better reaction time. Too much and all of that positive becomes insufferable tweaking with the inability to back down or be relaxed at any point.

Agreed; Proviron is mainly just a sexual experience drug. Better choices for cycle design, like Masteron.

Twas a bit of a broscience experiment really. When I ran just test/tren (no t3/4) I experienced those wicked night sweats.

I know it’s typically used when in a caloric deficit on tren by BBrs predominantly.

Before the test/tren/trest cycle I was reading up on trenbolone depleting t3 t4 (amongst everything else it depletes) rapidly and there was some consensus about t3/4 eliminating night sweats. Well, it did not lol.

I probably won’t ever use Tren again basically for almost the exact same issues. It really does up regulate so much for me, that sometimes I just become too aggressive with a very short fuse, which is very unlike me. I mean I can get fired up , but normally in a constructive way, and I usually really am good about not losing it. Tren just takes that aggression to a whole new level. And after the cycle I would just feel mentally drained. I know it doesn’t do that to everyone, but I couldn’t imagine adding DHB on top of Tren, that would definitely be too much aggression.

First real rage issue today. I went to the dealer for my wife's new car. They didn't put on the front license plate holder when there. It's a law here. Went to bring it in and they tried to charge me. I literally stopped mid conversation with the tech walked in the the dealer floor found the manager and told him if I dropped that kind of money in cash on a car, he is going to install that shut for free. My face was twitching and almost like an emotion might cry/ I might kill you. I didn't do anything but crazy or weird but that's how I felt. Fucking weird.

Everything with that was an acceptable normal response, except for the cry/kill part (that’s the Tren).😵💫
