It is proven that men with no close friends die sooner. It is also pretty well known that you tend to lose friends as time goes on, and it’s very common for men in America in general to become friendless amidst running their families and careers. But that is something you want to fight tooth and nail - it’s natural to grow apart/lose friendships, but you must try to replace them.
Having peers to confide in, share with, laugh with is important. Male bonding is still important. It’s good to have a bro date once a month or whatever where you spend a few hours catching up with someone, having a steak, playing some games, training together, something you both enjoy.
Yeah, I know you are right. I'll go up some. Maybe try out 300mg. Is there another compound you would recommend adding? Open to suggestions.

Also, i'll be posting something in the general anabolic forum asking about proviron. I just had some questions about how it competes with receptors while taking other compounds such tren or dhb.
You are really putting the cart before the horse. DHB is about as strong as it comes per mg for an injectable/oil.
Last prep I had to back down from 150mg weekly because I was finding myself ready to kill someone in traffic and kept jumping down my wife’s throat or escalating disagreements way out of proportion. Backed down to 100mg and I became cool as a cucumber, relatively.
DHB is EXTREMELY neurologically up regulating. This is why it makes you strong, why grand masters in chess supplement with it at 5-10mg, why throwers use it, and why heavyweight strength athletes might use it (who want to take more drugs but can’t handle much more mg). It’s also why it can cause anxiety, aggression, and generally a high level of tension; I felt like I was becoming a bomb, ready to blow the second anyone even touched the red wire, let alone cut it. It is 4-5x as anabolic per mg as something like test or primo.
Adding 300mg is like you adding 1.2 GRAMS of EQ into the stack you have, which you are also talking about already adding 100mg of Tren. You haven’t earned the need to use that kind of firepower, and you would be doing your future self a terrific disservice.
It also greatly increases insulin sensitivity, lowers blood sugar, drives hunger, provides some anti-estrogenic activity. And if you don’t supplement with extra choline you’re going to probably start feeling very burnt out and overstressed mentally, because it’s going to overdrive your mental processes so much.
A little is awesome. Sharper focus, awareness, mental clarity, healthier blood sugar management, tempering of estrogen, positive energy & decisiveness, more in explosive training with better reaction time. Too much and all of that positive becomes insufferable tweaking with the inability to back down or be relaxed at any point.
Like @Hyde said, the difference between ranges of 200-400 will be exponential and tread lightly if uncharted waters for you. Don’t waste time/money on proviron.
This is going to be highly controversial but, my best and favorite cycle to date was 300 test, 300 trest, 300 tren hex and T3. I boosted up to my heaviest weight at 243, was the leanest I’ve been and strongest. Not sure if you have experience with trest, if not disregard.
There is no cookie cutter but for me the tren fed of the estrogen from the trest, Ai was extremely minimal (25 mg exem per week) and the gains were surreal. Definitely some rage that one must acknowledge and work around. THC helps.
Agreed; Proviron is mainly just a sexual experience drug. Better choices for cycle design, like Masteron.
