to all..this is my boy...who's over my 10+ years of experience has never listened to a thing i've said.

I directed him to this site b/c i know it posseses the most knowledgable bros around..

treat him well

PS....i spent 3 weeks writing him a program..and b/c he was scared to ask what each exercise etc meant....hes stuck working out at home doing benches and curls...

doesn't even do squats...lets help this dude get big...

Like h19 said i dont really know much and i am new at this. Im 27yrs.old 160lbs. 5'7" and havent been lifting for very long nor lifting right for that matter. Im sure my diet could be changed as well. Any suggestions?
 
just remember to search first...granted i've been at this board for a long time..i can only "protect" you from flame for so long
