HGHup - my own custom version?

Hello,

Great site. I had heard about HGHup and this site had all the information that helped me decide to buy HGHup. I like it so far. It's still early. But it's the cost/month that kinda hurts!

Does anybody have a list of vitamins/herbs that I could buy to try to make a half ass, thrown together, custom version of it? I know there is Huperzine-A, Mucuna P, Green Tea/EGCG.... am I missing any of the main ingredients besides the b-complex, magnesium, and selenium?

Glad to hear that you're enjoying HGHup♂, David.

An ingredient profile can be found at Invalid Link Removed.

However, HGHup♂ is a proprietory blend product, so if you were to try and "make a half ass, thrown together, custom version of it" you would not get the formula right, and therefore would probably not get the same results as you are getting with the actual product.

I would recommend just sticking to using HGHup♂ as it is. If you want to prolong usage of it, perhaps go to a 5 days on/2 days off dosing regime and only dose at 5 caps daily.

I dunno, here at Nutraplanet, its $45 for a 30 day supply, or $1.50 a day. Thats not exactly expensive on the supplement scale. I understand that lots of people have limited budgets, but i wouldn't call it excessive.

And as with many products, you'd like spend as much if not more to duplicate the formula, as buying for instance huperzine-a at small quantities its far more expensive than buying by the kilogram
