Lets take another hit at this thing. I've been workin out for the past few years but recently (3-4 months) started hittin the gym and diet pretty hard. I'm currently +/- 185 at 14% bodyfat, I haven't been about to get any gains since April, with e to my calves, +1.5in. I'm sure some if this was due to my diet, high pro low carb.
I came off the diet 2 weeks ago and am maintaining my weight and bodyfat. Any ideas on what I should do to give me a boost? I wanna drop below 10% bf and put on some mass.
It's a flip between a Clen/Epistane or Sustanon 250 stack. any ideas??

Epistane is a good choice as a lower-sides PH. That will be my next PH to run actually. I can't comment on S250.
Also, this thread should be put in the Steroids section Joe. This particular section is specific to peptides basically.
And you might try an advanced search for "Epistane clen" or "sostenol 250". There are logs on Epi/Clen I'm almost sure of it. It's a good recomp stack I've heard.

Epi is very androgenic, and that hardly makes it low sides. Don't believe everything you read.

Personally I think test with finasteride, and armidex run with it is mostly side effect free. Running it with neither will be a mess.
