Hey thanx for the warm welcoming:) . Sorry that I haven't posted in a while....been busy wit school and haven't been able to go online. As for my lifting experience, I mainly like to use free weights except when I do legs. Lately I have been slacking in the lifting department. Since college, I have gained alot of weight. So any tips on the best way to lose weight and keep it off...would be greatly appreciated:D .
 
Tons of info in this forum for that; definitely came to the right place for burning off fat while keeping your muscle...

Basics of losing weight, burn more calories than you consume... gets more complicated when trying to keep muscle; but there are tons of routines out there... plenty of guys on this forum doing routines for that purpose that you could emulate (some of them anyway)

I agree this is the place to lose the weight and get good tips....:)

I am proof i used to be very, very fat, ( really i was) and lost it and have worked hard keeping it off and challenging myself all the time to keep it off......regardless of issues....

Everyone on the forum is very helpful sweetnena.......:)
 
This is a supportive, constructive board community. If there are ANY attempts to make it otherwise...heads will roll.
 
Yea bro.... your humor was in bad taste....we all know of the **** that WG goes through and she comes here to get some peace of mind and we support that...the last thing people want to do is post pics of when they were/are unhealthy looking! I still can't believe WG was overweight to a huge degree but I wouldn't ask her to post pics, she looks great now and that is all that matters!
 
It's understood and forgiven, but more often than not a benign comment like that encourages the flame trolls to come out..I was warning them more than anything else.

WOW....alot has gone on since I've been away:nono: :D. Anyways....thanx for the tips and hopefully I'll melt away the FAT this summer:).
 
Just work hard and have some fun and it will melt away....also keep changing it up....your cardio routine......I do all the time, running to biking to karate to teaching spin class :)

That's true WG.....I like to go running, swimming, and dancing. Dancing is what kept me in really good shape in the past...Gotta get back into it:D.
