Hey I am new

I'm 6'1" 200 pounds looking to get at least 250 and buff. I thought I would join the site to get some advice on the best way to pack on the muscles, and I would appreciate and advice given!

dude 250 and "buff" is pretty huge. Eat alot of clean food, train hard, and sleep alot. Look around theres a ton of stuff on here about training programs and splits, find something that works for you and go balls out.

Training natural is nice and quaint. But, chemical assistance has helped me accelerate the gains. It's a nice feeling when your performace is better at 35 than it was at 25. But, I would never promote AAS use. :rolleyes:

Just lift, eat, sleep, eat, repeat. Don't focus too much on a huge 50lb gain right now. Just hit it hard and monitor your performance on a weekly basis.
