TRAINING RECAP:
Pulled something in my shoulder. Barely noticeable for normal day use however no way I could bench today. Turned into leg day. I was planning on skipping the second leg day this week considering I pretty much hit legs 3x last week, they're sore (partly bc I'm sick so recovery is lacking) and because I have a 2 day 10h music festival this weekend, so I'm going to need them. Anyhow I did my usual except I switched out lunges for leg press (6 plates per side for 12 reps, 6 sets last one was drop set). Tris I did overhand and underhand extensions, then some light close grip bench with BFR. Also applied BFR to the isolation portion of leg workout (hammie and quad machine). That was supersetted with calves so they also got some occlusion, but then I hit another 6 "regular" sets of calves and finished them off with a quintuple drop set or something like that (went from 400lbs to nothing).

Just like last update, hard to draw conclusions about energy or sleep because I'm sick. I will say that I still don't get a stimmed out feel, and still have been crashing in the afternoons, but again this may be due to cold.

DermaSTRENGTH:
Just like tyga tyga I've noticed a jump in vascularity. I've also been eating more than I was while still being as lean (if not leaner IMO). I've run decent amounts of AAS before, and I feel that despite this I can still feel DermaSTRENGTH at just 1-2 pumps a day (varies based upon showering schedule and such). So far I'm very happy with the product.

DIET RECAP:
Still keeping it relativly clean. Tracking is lagging however. I'd say I'm averaging about 2400kcals. 200p/250c/65f is about what I'd guess. Carbs and fats vary greatly however.

How'd you make it?

Mix the Greek yogurt, cream cheese, vanilla and almond milk together until it becomes smooth and creamy. (Let the cream cheese get to room temp first)

Then add the dry, (protein powder, Splenda) mix

Whole egg goes in last- stir egg in slowly.

Spray a container with cookin spray, and nuke it for 6mins on medium. Edges should harden up a little and the inside will be gooey. Let it sit outside of the microwave for 10-15mins then throw it in the fridge over night.

That's pretty much what I did but it was too thick I think after protein. May be because I used whey/casein mix.

That's what I use.. Huh.
I had half last night and half today. It wasn't 109% like real cheesecake but still fing awesome. Threw WF chocolate and blueberry on it.

Dymatize Elite XT is what I used. Tends to be very thick.
Mmm ya I tried to use my dymatize xt and it's was terrible. It does bake reaalllly well tho.

Another day of jumping and getting smashed (in both ways, maybe?) today. Prepped a huge sandwich (seriously looks like a big Mac two layers and all), bcaa and 6oz of jerkey. Also jacked it up with 4 Combustions (2 now, the other two later) and 400mg adrafinil split thought the day.
Had a little morning home workout:
6 sets standing bi curls
6 sets seated bi curls
6 sets standing BFR bi curls

30s rest between sets. Took like 15m.

Gonna steal this for sure. Looks keto friendly!

And thanks for the compliments. I just started EQ so that should at least montain the vascularity in the face of body fat increase.

I need to give you guys some updates I just seriously have not even been home for anything except getting a lousy few hours of sleep in the last 72 hours

Update:
1) Still sick. Meh
2) Spent the whole weekend moshing and **** at concerts. Legs are destroyed, feel like I was run over by a truck but it was a good time. Only had a couple beers, and one McD meal over the weekend. Otherwise ate **** but relatively within caloric allowance. Didn't get injured, which is surprising and good.
3) Trained chest yesterday, whatever was wrong in my shoulder seems to have cleared. Gotta love PED's enhanced recovery.
4) Started EQ. From now on it's going to be EQ+test.

Still doing 1 Combustion AM, and Adrenosurge 1 AM 1PM. Dermastrength has been 1.5mL/day aprox.

Really liking both products, DermaStrength especially. Adrenosurge is interesting but it's hard to gauge really how much it's doing, because if it is working, it shouldn't be noticed. I do give a real big props to BPS for making it non-stim, this shows they care more about making a good product than selling it (most people want the instant feel of stims).

One curious thing is that my acne has gotten worse, especially on my chest and shoulders. It's a cystic type (so no pimples, just swollen lumps). This could just be it showing up after months of AAS use, or it could be related to the DS, be it via irritation of the skin or the compound itself. In any case, I'm adding in 1mg of fina ED or EOD to see if it helps. Hopefully won't tank libido or hardness.

You're adding Finasteride? You mind if I ask why? It may only hinder gains in the long run, that stuff is Gnarles Barkley bro. I read it as a response to some acne you're getting on your shoulders... correct me if I'm wrong.

If it were me, I would just switch application sites for a little to see if it subsides before adding Finasteride.

Grandma's boy? And it's some cystic acne on chest mainly. It's become painful to just wear a shirt even ruined one of my dress shirts when one of them started oozing.

Small update:

Still sick. Debating weather to spend a whole day on a visit to the doc. Would have to be tomorrow, since Friday I've got a two old bros I haven't seen in forever coming from out of town for two weeks. I'll still be lifting and updating and whatnot just not that much probably, and certainly don't want to drag them over to the doctors office.

I was pissed at some personal **** yesterday. Took my preworkout and **** at like 12PM, didn't get into the gym until 9PM. Decided to go heavy to blow off some steam. Hit heavy chest (up to 235, shoulders were destroyed from Monday) and legs. Squatted 335 ATG easy. I could have gotten 2 forced I think. Decided to go for 355 (10lbs PR) and failed, then 2m tried 345 (match PR) but at that point after 5 sets I was too destroyed. Did 2 more sets of 225 ATG for 10, then hit deadlifts (6 sets of 315 for 5) and leg press (6 plates for 12). 6 sets less than my normal leg workout but I was still limping today. Finished off chest with 12 sets of isolation. Always did drop sets every 6 sets.

Meal from yesterday:

Burrito (goodies are buried, refried beans, chicken, sour cream, lettuce, cheddar and hot sauce)

Stole tyga tyga's grilled cheese. Man knows what's good to eat.



Lunch today (had the whole burrito but ate half of it before the picture haha):

This guac was crazy. It was just how I like it, and the dude made it before my eyes, freaaash.

Chicken with soy sauce, hot sauce and liquid smoke. Garlic powder, chilli powder and some mustard.

I know man I would have never guessed I'd have this kind of vascularity 6 months ago. I feel like it's due to the AAS+BFR combo; BFR has not played a minor role in it, but I think they're synergistic, just constantly pushing the vascular system to it's limits and forcing it to expand.
