TRAINING RECAP:
Pulled something in my shoulder. Barely noticeable for normal day use however no way I could bench today. Turned into leg day. I was planning on skipping the second leg day this week considering I pretty much hit legs 3x last week, they're sore (partly bc I'm sick so recovery is lacking) and because I have a 2 day 10h music festival this weekend, so I'm going to need them. Anyhow I did my usual except I switched out lunges for leg press (6 plates per side for 12 reps, 6 sets last one was drop set). Tris I did overhand and underhand extensions, then some light close grip bench with BFR. Also applied BFR to the isolation portion of leg workout (hammie and quad machine). That was supersetted with calves so they also got some occlusion, but then I hit another 6 "regular" sets of calves and finished them off with a quintuple drop set or something like that (went from 400lbs to nothing).

Just like last update, hard to draw conclusions about energy or sleep because I'm sick. I will say that I still don't get a stimmed out feel, and still have been crashing in the afternoons, but again this may be due to cold.
DermaSTRENGTH:
Just like tyga tyga I've noticed a jump in vascularity. I've also been eating more than I was while still being as lean (if not leaner IMO). I've run decent amounts of AAS before, and I feel that despite this I can still feel DermaSTRENGTH at just 1-2 pumps a day (varies based upon showering schedule and such). So far I'm very happy with the product.
