Primordial Performance Rep
Thanks for bumping this, I was tied up so much with running my first company promo, I forgot that I was still doing this log. My apologies to Universal if my logging hasn't been as consistent as usual of my style, I have been pretty busy lately with numerous things, but its no excuse. My apologies.
Final workout:
DB SHoulder Press SS w/ DB Front Raise - Stayed even
DB One Arm Row SS w/ DB Arnold Press - +5 on Arnold, More Reps on Row
----Workout Interference (will explain)
Lat Pull Down (Wide) SS w/ DB Shrugs - Even
Lat Pull Down (Close) SS w/ Upright Row - Even
T-Bar - Skipped for interference
Alright, I am sure you guys are wondering what the interference was. I was on my last Arnold Press (..and not even pushing myself past what I thought I could handle) and for some reason I received an instant pain in my right shoulder. I was drawn back, but since I wrapped up the Arnolds, I went to get a drink. I noticed, even at the point of getting a drink, my shoulder was pulsing. The pain was pretty bad, almost as if I pulled something. In retrospect, I did stretch, but should have done more.
I actually have not lifted since. (Couple of days now). I have a cycle coming up and wanted to make sure I didnt cause an injury that would avoid the cycle from going smoothly. Im over cautious, but I think everyone should be.
As of now, shoulder is feeling better, and I will return to the gym today. Either way, I will watch the shoulder and take precaution as necessary.
Review coming up next.
