I would definitely avoid anything that puts strain on that area then. If it hurts/strains, then stop.
You don't want this to progress worse, and the way you kill it you could easily keep over-exerting the injury.
Pack farted... twice (can't take him anywhere) I know how you feel. The scale can be our worst nightmare. The mirror / pics show a leaner, more muscular Kat... remember that! Continue as you are, you are inspiring us all. Agreed, no need to set back all the amazing progress you have made.

Killer workout for sure! I agree with everyone else, give it some time to heal. Also, make sure to foam roll it really good. The whole thoracic area and the lats.
