Looks like Mrs volume can't get enough! Impressive incline benching too. Inclines from what I've seen have always been hard for females. You are killing those. Kudos to you girl!

It was a nice little challenge but we all like those! Felt great leaving drenched and in less than 30 mins too!

Thank you! I hated inclines and avoided them forever because they were so hard(or I sucked so bad at them lol) I added them in about 9 months ago!

I had my daughter's softball team do just a 4 min. Tabata routine before running sprints the other day for their conditioning.
 
Thank you Movement, BigRed, and Wicked! ! The tabata is definitely more challenging after weight training! Lol I'm glad I only had 10 mins to squeeze it into! ...Thank you liftandswim- I'm following the meadows routine so that's why there weren't any. Otherwise there would be! :)

Having the discipline to follow a program as written, for it's entire duration is a good thing.

Happy hump day! :) Every part of my body is begging for a little rest! Lol I'll sleep in tomorrow morning to get some rest. I remembered to take some Advil yesterday so my side was a loiter better yesterday afternoon. It's really bothering me today though! Made everything a little more challenging. Think I will see if I can schedule a massage for Friday. Oddly, I weighed this morning since you all said I was looking leaner- and I've gained weight...mentally it made me upset and questioning if I need to cut back on my carbs or if it's just muscle..........(I hate the scale! Lol)

Thank you Thomas!...the area from the center of my back and wraps around my ribs on the right side started hurting on Saturday. I didn't do anything that would've hurt it but it's hurts to breathe or move certain ways. Guessing squeezing my abs/lats to stay tight when doing the kickbacks- hit that area just right.

I know how you feel. The scale can be our worst nightmare. The mirror / pics show a leaner, more muscular Kat... remember that! Continue as you are, you are inspiring us all.
 
I would definitely avoid anything that puts strain on that area then. If it hurts/strains, then stop.

You don't want this to progress worse, and the way you kill it you could easily keep over-exerting the injury.

Agreed, no need to set back all the amazing progress you have made.
 
Killer workout for sure! I agree with everyone else, give it some time to heal. Also, make sure to foam roll it really good. The whole thoracic area and the lats.

Well, today became a full forced rest day! Lol Slept in this morning till 6:15 as planned. When I woke the kids up, my son complained of his stomach hurting. He ended up getting sick before I left for work. I had to go in for a few hours because I'm covering for the lab lady along with being an assistant. The dr is out today, so it worked out pretty well for me to take the rest of the day off with him! God knew I wanted to work on my Deadlifts tonight. Haha I rolled my back/side last night and could barely make it to the bed. I laid on a heating pad for a bit to relax the muscles. I will roll some more today! :) Have an awesome day everyone!

Rest up glad the kid is better I'm sitting in the Dr office as I type this cause my son has a bad cough wife is paranoid lol
 
Got my first shipment of goodies in today!! Super excited about them all but especially excited to try out the new powdered EPIC pwo tomorrow for leg day! :D
