Thanks guys! I'm trying to be!

I know some recommended doses for women are from 40-80 but since you are a very first time user and got the quivers on 30 then 20 should do you. Let your body gradually adapt to it. You are taking 5-10gr of taurine a day right?

I haven't gotten any yet but should be able to tomorrow.

You know what's weird, I've never ran Taurine with any cycle or supplement and I have never had random pumps.

The first time was pre show, I was at 8% body fat to assist me in getting down to 6% , second time post injury , I found running it at a higher body fat percentage made my heart race more n it was also accompanied by other bad sides...
I did however run doses 4 times higher than yours...

The sensitivity will become more mild .

I also took extra potassium and taurine during the run...
And make sure u drink plenty of water. 4-5 L

Thanks girl! Good to know! My heart has been fine except a couple of nights at first, I'd wake up hot with my heart pounding. I've definitely upped the water. It makes me thirsty so that helps! Lol..your back does look awesome!!

Today was good! No sides at all! I waited until lunch time just in case.(spots are easier and shorter in the afternoon.) I did not make it to get taurine but will be going for sure tomorrow. I'll get potassium too!
 
No cramping issues yet, that's good. How many days so far(using it)?
 
Slept in this morning but didn't actually take a full rest day! Lol Went after work for some arm action. There were tons of people there too! Managed to get my triple sets and quad sets in without too much change. Lol Basically no rest except in-route... Or 30 secs here or there when my biceps/forearms felt like they were going to explode! Haha

No, no cramping. Only side I've really had is shaking and until today, it was pretty annoying! Lol I am 1 week in, as of today. Thanks for asking! :)

Thank you! I haven't weighed yet but as of last week by the 3rd day I had lost 1.6lbs. I'm retaining water this week due to lovely hormones so kinda scared to weigh! Lol...yes, 2 weeks on/2 weeks off.

Happy Friday guys and gals! Today was leg day! Only 1 girl here today so things moved nice and fast! Strength was low again today and legs fried out quick- especially my quads! Hips also felt very tight today. Lots of stretching.

Looks like a good solid workout to me. You've been pushing hard for awhile, and then putting your CNS through all kinds of stress, the Clen sides didn't help either. Get a massage and have a quiet weekend and feel refreshed next week!
 
Always killin' your leg day!!!! I love your volume and you are def getting stronger on your squats!!! Keep pushing forward! :)

Throwing more than a plate on that bar after that ham beating is more than impressive, and is for sure taking some drive outta your squat (stolen from Hyde).

Thank you! Very true! I needed that! After frying my hams before- my quads felt very isolated! I got very very sore too! Lol

Those are very strong Wide OHP. They're so heavy at that grip.

If you enjoy the meadows routine, you can always jump to reactive pump next. I like it better than I did program 3.

Went to Puerto Rico last year. Saw some live **** fights (it's legal there), they can be pretty viscous

I had a few roosters in the past. Once they get to a certain age one of them takes 'control' of the others. They're mean as hell.

Oh how I missed this one Tabatta is awesome and an amazing change. Although check out this playlist of awesome conditioning drills so you have a ton you can do. Not Tabatta but along the same lines of intensity. There are 13 videos in all and I have done a few they are pretty awesome and much more fun than plugging away on an exercise machine. Plus they make you athletic and well rounded.

Thanks everyone! The tabata was intense but fun! It started off pretty "easy" but quickly became more challenging! Haha I'm still sweating in my scrubs as we speak! Lol Back pain was pretty annoying as I got out of breathe on the burpees! It's just a knot in my lat though- had the girl that's a massage therapist check it this morning. Thanks Kleen for the link! I like the look of that! I subbed his channel so I can look at more of them! I'm gonna look at the gvt training as well! Here's what my tabata looked like!

Warmup 5 min/cool down 10 mins on treadmill
20 sec on/10 sec off with 45 sec between groups

Group 1 (repeat 3x's)
Jumping jacks
Sit ups
High knees
Sit up(was push-ups but chest was fried from this morning so only got 1 set in)

Group 2 (3 rounds)
Jump squats
Bicycle crunches
Mountain climbers
30 sec rest
Burpees (35 sec. )

Finished drenched in sweat :D
 
Nice work! I love me some Tabatta! It is great and you feel so good after but it is easy to talk yourself out of it too. LOL
