Good morning! Today must've been national bro day...the gym was full by 5:15! Luckily there's a lot of chest equipment. Lol Felt a little weak today for some reason but I've been a little congested on and off so maybe that's why. Still got a great workout in for today.

Great session today! I love those hang-n-swings too. Especially following rear delt raises.

I grilled chicken for the 2nd day this week to make chicken Caesar wraps for dinner...yesterday, the dogs decided to help me out by eating the chicken off the back of the stove. Lol So, attempt #2 went much smoother! I couldn't even eat it all! ...I noticed after my cardio that I'm starting to get separation in my delts! What??!! :-O

Good morning! Hubby asked me to switch my rest day from Wednesday to Thursday. So...arms it was today! My shoulders and outer chest are so incredibly sore! I can't hardly lift my arms! Lol I had a hard time today! May have to switch up the order and be one of those Monday chest people! Hahaha

I thought I'd never say this, but I had to switch my chest day to Monday also. It was the only way I could get a rest day on the weekend and have enough time in the weekend to do legs, being that Meadows has us working chest twice a week.. Oh well, at least I go early enough to where all the benches are taken.

Well today was my rest day...slept till 6! Woohoo!! Woke up with a headache so after working a half day, I took a 1 1/2 hr nap! It's gone now! Went to the gym after kids got out of school. Tonight is the first Gamecock game so gym was pretty empty! ...I'm a little behind on calories but I've been doing well eating enough! You'd be proud! Lol

Today's workout was great! Had a few aches and pains but nothing I couldn't push through! It was just me and 1 other girl today so rest were nice and short - how I like them!

I was thinking this too... and SLDL/Hack Squat numbers are fantastic.
Pound for pound Kat is one of the strongest I know. At her weight and frame it really is amazing.
