Here's to my first log

I'm a horrible sleeper. Lol, I've been up since 3:30. Thank you! I'm going to try incline benching today! :D Pretty excited...

I broke my incline bench plateau by adding in decline pushups (feet on a bench/step)

I use them as a warm-up, occasionally as an exhaustion set to failure to finish a chest session, or on a non-chest day just for active recovery

Active recovery is a firm belief of mine. I try to add a bodyweight exercise on the furthest off day from the target muscle workout. Get some bloodflow into the muscle and a decent pump but not damage it further.

Those are great ideas! Bodyweight exercises are great!! Can be used for so many things!

Kettle bell side swing 15x12x3

Rev fly on pec deck 65x12, 70x12, 75x12

Sprints 33 mins

I ordered enhanced and Alpha T2 yesterday! Excited to try adding them!

Saw this and thought it was perfect for all the girls put there busting their butts to achieve their goals!! :)

So today was to be my rest day but I decided not to rest! Lol I did sleep until 6 am and even went to bed before 11! Yay! Went at lunch for light bi's/tri's/ab's and then after work for cardio! :D

I'm just so excited to be seeing results I can't stand not to train! Lol

Warmup:
Push-ups 25

Superset:
DB curls 15x15, 20x12, 25x10
Bench dips with feet elevated bwx15, 45x12, 90x10

Circuit:
Decline crunches 10x20x3
BB curls 45x12, 55x10x2
Oblique crunches 15x3
Bw Dips 8x3---haven't done these since I messed up my shoulder- man did I miss doing them!!

Triple set:
High cable curls 10x15 12.5x12, 15x10
Single arm overhead extension 10x15, 12.5x12x2
Pull ups with hanging leg raises 2 sets to failure

Triple set:
Lying leg raises with reverse crunches 15x3
Planks (center/side/center) repeat 30 secs x 3
Sit ups with legs elevated 12x3

Evening cardio session 45 min of sprints
