I broke my incline bench plateau by adding in decline pushups (feet on a bench/step) I use them as a warm-up, occasionally as an exhaustion set to failure to finish a chest session, or on a non-chest day just for active recovery Active recovery is a firm belief of mine. I try to add a bodyweight exercise on the furthest off day from the target muscle workout. Get some bloodflow into the muscle and a decent pump but not damage it further.

Front/side lateral raises with drag 5x20

Kettle bell side swing 15x12x3
Handstand push-ups 3 sets to failure

Rev fly on pec deck 65x12, 70x12, 75x12

Happy Friday!! It was leg day! Woohoo!! My 2 girls were back and hating me with passion! Haha We all went for pedicures afterwards though! It's been years since I had one- such a treat!!! I need one of those chairs at my house! It dig a great job digging into those knots in my back!!! Lol
