On the PC, there is an empty box to the right of the reply boxes. Click it and there will be a check mark there. Continue to do this for all of the ones you want to quote, and when you finally hit a "reply" or "reply with quote" they will all be there.

On Tapatalk you tap more then multi-quote.

I used to do it the copy and paste way also.

Awesome! Thanks for the help! I imagine on a PC it's much easier to get around the site and fully use all of the features...I am almost always on my phone so I might need to get tapatalk! I had no clue it was out there! :) thanks again!!
 
Happy Thursday everyone! Got to the gym and my partner came out of her car saying she felt nauseous. She stayed for about 15 mins and had to leave :-( So, I went wild and had a blast by myself! ...I'm gonna try to remember what all I did! Hahaha

Worked on my handstand push-ups a lot today. Even tried them on dumb bells which let me tell you was a sight! Quite entertaining- luckily I was in the basketball court where no one could see me! Lol After many tries I figured out how to lunge and kick up into a handstand! Most of my sets were however just on my hands.

Warm-up:
DB Rotations 5x30, 20x30

Front/side lateral raises 5x20 with drag,
No drag: 10x10, 15x10x3

Kettle front swings 20x15, 25x15
Kettle side swings 15x12x2

Handstand push-ups about 10 sets to failure- placed throughout workout- didn't count sorry

DB shoulder press 25x10, 30x7-failed #8

BB shoulder press 50x12, 60x8x2

Kettle front swings 20x15, 25x15

Your inspiring me to attempt my first handstand pushups and yes I do plan on doing some form of kicking to pick my large self off the ground haha i do not see myself getting 10reps like some superhero here :)

Awesome! DO IT! You'd get it way faster and better than me in a heartbeat! I usually just start like a gymnast would and use momentum but today using the DB's made that impossible. Holding the DBS on the ground and kicking up is much harder! Haha... You're too sweet! Thank you! :D
 
Went back at lunch for a session with the stair climber, arms/abs. Even worked on my pull-ups. :)

Couldn't eat lunch though and probably will skip dinner...I think I've caught the lovely stomach virus going around! Gonna take advantage and lay in the bed all night- which I NEVER do! Lol

I hope you're not catching anything, but whether you are or not, with the work you're putting in I wouldn't recommend skipping meals.

When sick, IMO, if you're working out get your calories wherever you can. Never below BMR. Maybe some soup or something soft on the stomach.

Thank you Register! I will try... I had some crackers(bad I know) but that was all I had in hand that didn't sound bad... Hubby's gonna bring me some stuff home. :) I sure don't want to loose any muscle!!

When you're sick, any calories count.

You'll be ok though, just take it easy on lifting while sick. ;)

Awesome job! Claim those two lbs! They're yours from busting your a**! It's funny, we would have been disappointed with two lbs at the beginning of our journeys. Now we get super excited about them! Lol :)

It's a gorgeous day today and I am enjoying it with my family! Hubby has gone to play a round of golf. So the kids and I went to get groceries and fresh local strawberries! Yumm!! I even splurged on a pb&j! It was Heavenly!! Lol

Legs aren't very sore today- guess they enjoyed me going easy on them yesterday! Lol I even slept till 9:30 o.O It felt great! I hope everyone is having an amazing day!

Ok peeps, I need some feedback...I'm debating carb cycling. 2 days off 1 day on. Should I wait until weight loss stalls again and keep doing what I'm doing or give it a go?...I am open for opinions and constructive criticism! Please feel free to share! :)

Checkout the back on that one! I ended up doing lots of random cable rows all different angles to finish off my rear lats yesturday gotta create my legs back biceps workout today :)

Thanks girl! I sent a trainer/bodybuilder friend my newest pics and he suggested I try it. He says I'll lean out faster that way. I'm willing to give it a go...just wanted opinions - nutrition is the hardest and most key part! I am eating 1500 cal right now and that's 300 more than I usually have in order to loose any at all! So I'm happy to not feel like I'm starving all the time! Lol But it always sounds good to lean out more! Haha
