Thanks! Yes we have 1 1/2 hrs but I finished my patients early too so I left at 12:15! Lol It's nice- makes it easier to actually get something done at lunch!

Haha you know I've tried it! They've been scared to eat them because of all the healthy treats I've made in the past.

Great transformation and progress you have been making also very impressed with several of your lifts. Your form must be pretty good to handle some of that weight your throwing around thus a good thing of course! You also have some excellent motivators here I'm considering restarting or making a new training log been a while I could use the support and motivation as well. Subbbb...

It's been pretty good! Last day with the dr here this week! Yay! We went to lunch with another office...don't worry, I had grilled chicken, asparagus, and a plain sweet potato.We've been nice and busy so I'm working out my soreness! Haha I want to go run the dam before church but not sure if I'll get off early enough. How's your day?
