Good morning and happy Monday! I hope you're all getting off to a great start!

Back Day! :)
Wide pull downs 85x12x1, 100x12x3
Superset with V Kick-outs 30x3

Circuit:
Wide pulldowns 100x12x4
Dickersons 35x12x3 37.5x12x2
High cable rows w rope 42.5x12x3 50x12x1
Seated cable rows 85x12x1 100x12x3

Underhand BB rows 75x12x1, 95x12x2
Superset with hanging pikes 20x3

Hammer strength high row (underhand) 45x15x2 50x12x1
Hammer strength row 70x12x3

Oblique crunches 15x3
Hanging knee raises 15x2
Weighted crunches 30x15x1

Ran out of time today- not sure why...guess the few extra sets I threw in set me back...going back at lunch for cardio and bi's if I can squeeze them in- otherwise I'll have to do them with shoulders. I know my back and neck is super tight right now! Lol I need to get a massage!!
 
Went at lunch and got 7 sets in on bi's, a set of dips, a set of pull ups, and 45 min on the WONDERFUL stair climber!!! =O I was drenched in sweat no doubt! Lol

Thanks! Yes we have 1 1/2 hrs but I finished my patients early too so I left at 12:15! Lol It's nice- makes it easier to actually get something done at lunch!

Oh that does suck! I used to live and work far from civilization! It was no fun! Here I'm less than 10 min from most everything!

That's what made them scared in the first place! I was just starting to try healthy recipes so they sucked! Lol Now I'm learning how to sneak it to where they can't tell!! ;-P
 
Just went to the chiropractor! Ahhhh it feels so good to get an adjustment!! :D Even got my tan on- gotta get ready for summer in every way!

I was scared of the chiro for the longest but since I went the first time- I've been hooked! Lol I love the relief! ...me too! I'm albino! ;)
 
Did chest a little different today... I suck really bad at bench now since I haven't done them in a while! Lol Newbie friend wasn't too happy with the changes- but what good would I be if I didn't make her uncomfortable! Bwahahahaha

I've gotta start gaining some strength! I seem to be loosing or plateaued on most everything. Maybe due to cutting calories? Dunno...I stay crazy sore most all of the time. I open to any suggestions. :)

Thanks girl! Haha that's very easy to do! I've learned the snooze button and I don't get along- I just have to get up the first time or I'm very irritable! Lol...You'll just have to jump rope at your desk today! ;)
 
Great transformation and progress you have been making also very impressed with several of your lifts. Your form must be pretty good to handle some of that weight your throwing around thus a good thing of course!

You also have some excellent motivators here I'm considering restarting or making a new training log been a while I could use the support and motivation as well.

Thank you so much!! I do concentrate really hard on form! Thank you! Yes I do! They are great!! It has really helped a lot!!! It's so nice to have supporters instead of just people calling you crazy or obsessed! Haha You should! I'd love to follow along as well!! :)

It's been pretty good! Last day with the dr here this week! Yay! We went to lunch with another office...don't worry, I had grilled chicken, asparagus, and a plain sweet potato. ;) We've been nice and busy so I'm working out my soreness! Haha I want to go run the dam before church but not sure if I'll get off early enough. How's your day?

Good girl! I had a good lunch as well. Chicken, mushrooms, and zucchini. Lol, it's ok! It's your rest day! No running! Save that for the am!

Do you ever work with much dumbbells? It Will allow you to isolate and work on balance at the same time.

Yes, I usually use DB's or cables. I prefer to really! Don't want one side to compensate for the other! I just happened to switch it up this week. Lol
