Had a great workout today. Felt strong and energized throughout. Wasn't able to work forearms as I ran out of time.

I've been able to shave some time off of my rests between sets and haven't had any issues with fatigue. Doms in lower back were non existent today. By the end was pretty tired and very pumped!
