Hemavol and Compete taking Niners to the next level

Thanks to VaughnTrue and I Force Nutrition for the opportunity to try Hemavol and Compete. This is a sponsored log. Haven't gotten it yet but
hoping it comes today. A little about my self. I am 40 years old. 5'10" 185. I've been lifting on and off since I was 13. My splits are.
Chest/tris
Back/bis
Legs/shoulders
Off
Repeat
I work abs and cardio 3 days a week.
Diet is pretty clean and around 2500 cals a day.
Ready to get this started!!!

I'm so pumped to run them. I have a buddy that raves about Hemavol and I've never tried an intra before.

Always saw people putting it up there in the top pre-WO so it'll be tough to see. Only used plain BCAAs intra so Compete should be good.

How's the taste?
I got lemon drop in both, & lemme tell ya.. The pre-wo mix of a scoop of both is the best powdered supplement I've ever tasted together. Actually look forward to drinking it. lol

Lol that's awesome man!! I never even considered the combo when picking my flavors. Will be interesting to see what watermelon and tangerine taste like mixed.

I'm pretty sure I told them flavor didn't matter, but that combo tastes like a lemon shake up you get at the state fair. Delicious. Lol

What's up fellas??? Took 1 scoop Hemavol and 1 scoop of Compete on an empty stomach. The first thing I noticed was the taste. Even with my goofy combo of Watermelon and tangerine I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor. Not too sweet, just right. I also was really happy with how well it mixed. Couldn't wait to get after it tonight!!

My initial thought on Hemavol and Compete is good. Good pump, good taste, I really liked drinking the Compete throughout my workout. Reminds me of a less sweet Tang. Felt great tonight and looking forward to Back/bis tomorrow.

Compare it to other pre workouts. I know this is only the first dose/day. But compared to others, what do you think? Anything different?

Focus seemed to be better than other pwos, pump was on par with jack3d. Taste was better than most. I would rate it fairly well so far.

Hola amigos!! Felt pretty good going into my workout tonight. I have really been pushing myself to reach certain goals. Still loving the taste of the Hemavol/Compete mix. I also really like having the Compete to sip throughout my workout. Tonight was back and bis. I was feeling confident and ready to get it going.

My forearms , elbows and wrists are really sore tonight all of it stemming from The pinkie side of my arm not sure if it's from the spider curls or going up on db curls.

Off day today. Had some Compete early this evening. I like the fact that you can drink it everyday. I find myself really looking forward to the taste. Very little doms today.

Ok this stuff is becoming an addiction. I look forward to the time when I can drink it and hit the gym. Great pump and I simply don't get tired. Had an awesome workout tonight. Hit a couple more PRs getting closer to my big goals. Hemavol and Compete seem to be that final piece of the stack that's going to get me there.

Great workout tonight!! Feeling pretty sore right now, having some back pumps and joint pain. Seems like since I've started Hemavol and Compete that the muscle soreness is gone fairly quickly though. Tonight was legs and shoulders.
