i took a cycle of havoc about 2 months ago..gained about 10 lbs..im not that big about 5'7 170. my strength went up a lot...but recently i lost some of that strength...im tryin to take something that will get my strength back as well as getting cut up..also im not trying to take creatine becasue i dont want to get that much bigger..basically i want lean muscle..i know this is a lot and id appreciate any suggestions..thanks
 
Your bound to lose some strength when you come off. What did you do for your PCT?

you want to get muscle, took Havoc but do not want to take creatine? is that right? if so, eat lean food. that is the only thing i can tell ya man. get plenty of sleep........is another. train wise......i'm really at a loss for suggestions here. what exactly do you think creatine will do to you?
 
for pct i took novadex and tribex gold...and i just feel if i took creatine it would give me that bloated look

don't take 20g a day then lol.

I use NeoVar Recomped and it doesn't make me bloat.
 
yea i heard neovar was good...any suggestions for cutting..i just started taking dcp today..so hopefully that will work out well
 
yah DCP would work fine, if you plane on runnung steroids/PH's for a while id imagine you could bridge with 11-oxo that would cut you up good........but im not to knowledgeable about bridging so i really cant give you specifics..

As Dave said, you ARE going to lose some strength (and muscle mass) when you come off a cycle...There is NO reason why you should NOT be taking creatine, as it helps with RECOVERY (very important). And you won't always "bloat" when using creatine either; just depends on the product that you use (there are many, including NeoVar Recomped, Cre-02, and Kre-Alkalyn that eliminate all unpleasant "sides" normally associated with creatine such as bloat etc) Creatine causes INTRAcellular water retention, which causes that hard, pumped look to your muscles, but it will not bloat you. If you are not drinking enough water (when using creatine) then your body will retain wate ...You don't want to get "bigger", but you want to "gain lean muscle". If you gain muscle mass then you WILL get bigger (unless you are have a lot of bodyfat to lose, and want to lose it and 'make it up' in muscle mass). And then you say that you "want to cut". Gaining muscle mass and cutting are at OPPOSITE ends of teh diet spectrum; it CAN be done at the same time, but VERY SLOWLY, and your diet must be almost perfect!!! If you want to gain muscle mass then I suggest that you EAT for it (this is the most important factor) and train hard. Supplements you should be using at a MINIMUM are: creatine, multivitamin, good fats, protein powder (and BCAA's, although some protein powders have them in), You can also try natural testosterone boosters, such as IGF-2, Drive, Activate Xtreme, or Divanol, for muscle mass gains. In fact, IGF-2 works excellent for recomping (i.e. gaining muscle mass whilst staying relatively lean)...
 
green mag by controlled labs wont give me bloat.....i heard cre02 is good, and neovar is good aswell, so there are some choices that work and wont give yah bloat.......:dance:
