hey guru, give us a few pointers on a short cut if you dont mind, say want to loose maybe 10-15 pounds, drop bodyfat levels a bit but still retain, any ideas???

ummmmmm, because he's BREAKING THE BOARD RULES!!! THAT'S why not !!! Besides, it's pretty obvious he's a troll and very well may not even be a teenager like he states. Either way, claiming to be a teen and then posting about steroids and offering sources thru PMs is against board rules no matter how old he really is. Unsubbed.

.DAY 4:workout went good this morning,with less latic acid buildup for some reason.feel fine today,and hopefully will feel sore tomorrow.nothing else noticeable today. day:5,do feel sore today,as well as increased recover time,no side effects to report.but i think having soreness today is a good sign
Day 6:Trained legs today.did squats,leg extensions,leg curls,and calf raises.squatted near 240 for 2, 220 for 5.blew up while I was working out though,and got in a rage.Felt very sick,in a can’t control youself type of way.I mean I got furious,and totally went off the handle.also felt weird pains in my calf .Counldn’t do half my normal reps on calf raises and leg extension.In the morning hours before my workout also felt very much in a blur.did weight myself,and weighted 205,6 oz.A full pound over my pervious weight.Not much else to say,but hopefully the coming days will say more.DAY 7:felt worn down today,with morderate soreness in legs but nothing extreme.nothing of note to say today.DAY8:dicided to take a week off of training because nothing much has been happening as far as soreness nor pumps.revision of early plans indicateds it too be prudent to dose AA at 1500 millagramsa day(6 caps)for my week off.hopefully soreness and pumps will be very envident upon my return.x-factor should must assurely have built up by that time.(note, this takeoff was in no means due to lack of will to train but signals that my body was simply breaking down.After my week off my body should be ready for the rigors of hard training once more.)day:9 feel better today,with less tiredness.not much happening,but have been feel a total body infamation that could be due to x-factor.DAY:10 soreness in the body,es. In my toes for some reason has been getting ever more.I think this is good and it probably means x-factor has finally loaded in large quanities inside my body.look forward to resumeing excise as of Tuesday,which is 4 days away.probably within 2-3 days I will reduce my dose of x-factor back down to 4 caps a day depending on how much infma. Seems to be presenting itself .More updates to come.
DAY:11 Inflamed,Inflamed,Inflamed.feel very odd today,whole body stiffness in a way that is quite unliked,it’s very,very,odd.I sure hope that I will be able to workout soon.I think that x-factor has most assurely build up now.not much else too say today.This was written early today and later the soreness got even worse.so I made the hard deciseion and dicided to workout today even though that was not my plan,But I’m glad I did .I benched up to 180,a new personal record.Sure to say that working out was a good decision.I hit chest hard with lots of sets.hopefully my chest will be sore tomorrow.DAY:12 soreness is very edvindent in my chest.still doseing at 6 caps a day,but I will be going down to 4 caps a day very soon.Today I work biceps and calves,which I will try to hit quite hard.very happy about chest sorness,because normally chest is the hardest bodypart for me to get sore.DAY:13 Great bicep workout yesterday,with a very,very,good pump.not much soreness today for biceps,but my chest is still sore.Down to 4 caps a day now.DAY:14 feel very good today,may work out,may not.still some soreness in my chest,and now some in my calves.still nothing in the biceps thought.nothing much eles to say today.next workout will be BACK/LEGS DAY:14 afternoon.did biceps,back,and legs.cound’t get in the groove for squats,with my hips out of line and one knee feeling stiff.so I did leg ex. And leg curls,which went good.Back did fine with stiff-leg deads.For biceps it was preacher curls for 13 down,meaning a set with 13 reps,then one with 12 reps,ect.also increasing weight as I went down in reps which is rare for me.Another tidbit of good news is I may be able to post pics.in the near future as I may be getting a dig.camera.I would like if some for you guys and girls tell me what angles you would me to pose at:crab,double biceps,lat spread ect.It will also be very nice to prove to those who think I’m a joke that I’m not.DAY:15 feel fine today,with soreness in my back and arms and with a small amount of soreness in my legs.nothing much else to say today.next few days will probably be boreing as I will be resting for the next few.body feeling good and hard though.DAY:16 (today) Ate a bit of fatty fish this morning(high omega-3content)but probably won’t be eating much more of fish like this for the rest of x-factor trial after today.feel good,with only local muscle soreness and none of the side affects I notice at 6 caps a day.still,I think that this high dose loading probably worked,as I got sore soon after.also got one bottle of PLASMAVOL,but won’t be using this until after my x-factor trial because of the white willow extract in it.

Guru, you are looking great. Keep up the hard work. Maybe try some of dat dere steroids. Post up a workout vid, id be honored to see your workouts!

Yes those numbers are legit. However, I use the stratle form. One leg in front of the bar and one leg behind it. Then just pull up. This form is easier on my back but I am soon going to be doing some SLDL's.
