Everyone's an expert, forget it. The thread is for a diet adjustment, not everyone's opinion on how much fat I need in my diet.
Do you really want opinions on how to adjust your diet to get the best results or not? I gather since you are asking a pretty basic question about nutrition that you are still on a learning curve, which is perfectly ok. Everyone is or has been there. You need to decide if you want advice or not, then decide if you want to take said advice.
According to your numbers, you have so far 322 grams of protein, with only about 80 or so coming from actual food. I don't know why you think you need 5000 calories, but you should have 70-80% from real food, then make up the difference with shakes. If you want good advice to help you, then post up some specifics about you and your stats and your goals. We here can look at the WHOLE picture and make recommendations accordingly.
If you want someone to give blind advice to 1 specific question, when it appears you need more education, you won't get a lot of that. You might get a few responses, but for the most part, most people here are about helping you succeed the safest and most efficient way. If you don't like that, then so be it.
EDIT: I read some of another post you wrote. It looks like you are in a weird spot, maybe. Your profile pic shows a pretty good physique, so I recant the newbie slant I thought you were. You still need to get down the basics of PROPER nutrition, which based on your proposed diet, needs work. I still think you should be consuming more whole food than shakes. If I were drinking 2 shakes with nearly 1200 cals and 700 carbs, I would be bloated too.
