help with anabeta Epro stack

I'm sorry if this is already on here somewhere. if it is a link would be great.

So I'm ordering the PES anabeta and E pro stack but still unsure of the dosing, how long should the cycle be, anything else that I should take with it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
 
I'd run it for 12 weeks.

Weeks 1-4: Anabeta
Weeks 5-8: Anabeta + EP
Weeks 9-12: EP

Dose anabeta 2/2 pre/post workout on training days and 4 caps spread throughout the day on off days (with meals). Dose EP 1 cap upon rising.

I second this. I tend to take EPRO pre-workout when I take it which is typically when I workout anyway. I'm definitely interested in hearing how well this works out for you.
 
Alright thanks I should start it in about 2 weeks. I'll put up my logs periodically. I do have one concern though. If I'm taking the anabeta before my workout at about the same time I take my pre workout are there any issues with that?

Nope, no issue. Expect some more aggression and pumps in the gym though :D

No issues, just prepare thyself for ultimate training sessions.

Extreme muscle fullness and strength.

Last time I ran ABE+EP my alternating curls went from 60lb DB max to 90lb. I could have easily done the 100s at 1 rep!
 
So almost 4 weeks In and I've gained a solid 10 pounds and several inches of hard muscle. I trimmed out a little and toned up also. As far as the effects of anabeta, a nice increase in strength and drive. The hunger is pretty intense as warned.

I have a new problem however. I had intended to run the anabeta elite and erase pro but my order came with a bottle of the original erase. My question is as I start the second 4 weeks what's the dosing? 4 anabeta and 3 erase? What about timing?

Ya I usually just do 3 caps of Erase upon waking for convenience. Timing isn't the biggest issue, just get the 3 caps in daily. :)

Also crazy results so far man. Glad you have enjoyed it.
 
Yep, don't stress out about timing for the Erase. If you want to spread it out into separate doses, cool, but all 3 in the morning works too.
