I am 24 years old and I have been going to the gym for approximately 5 years and have never taken a supplement so I need advice. I am posting this message on behalf of my brother who is 21 years old. He has little experience at the gym however he is thinking about experimenting with different supplements. I have tried to talk him out of it and sticking to the basics first but he refuses, saying that he wants to take m-drol which is ridiculous for a beginner at the gym. Just a background, he has a bit of a gut that he is having alot of trouble loosing as he already is on a diet and running everyday and he wants to gain muscle fast. I was thinking of suggesting him to go on a cycle of H-Drol stacked with Lean FX. Any thoughts on that? I know its not the best thing for someone like that to take but I figured its better than anything like M-Drol and hes going to take something like that if i dont find anything which is worrying me.

He has been on the diet for about 3 or 4 years now (strictly no carbs). When it comes to training he hasn't really kept up with serious lifting. He runs occasionally but is very impatient with this. I know taking a pro hormone will have a very little effect on a beginner like that but how little would it be? I really am trying to talk him out of going on something like M-Drol so he doesn't mess up his body at that age.

what exactly are his stats? just diet alone should shed fat....and definitely in a 3-4 year time frame, something is wrong. not to mention that strictly no carbs is horible for ur body for long peroids of time. not sure if i want to call BS here or not...

Hes 21, 5"9, 175. Hes lost 30 pounds in those past years hes been dieting however that weight loss has stopped as he cant seem cant seem to loose that storage of fat that he has in his belly and as i said before, he is VERY impatient at the gym. I might just have to try to talk to him about dieting differently? I don't know I feel like hes going to end up taking something but as long as he doesn't go on a steroid at that age im fine with it...

have him check out carb-cycling diets. he needs to run ATLEAST 5 days a week and hit the weights ATLEAST 3 days a week.

i gaurantee improvement if diet and training are setup correctly.

does he understand that taking this or that will not necessarly aid in his fat lose? swithching up his routine, diet are key here, his body has adapted to what he has been doing.
