Alright well im looking to put together a personal ingredient profile for my summer cut. Let me know what you think about the products being used together and the dosages:

Raspberry Ketones - 200mg
Green Tea Extract (45% ECGC) - 400mg
Green Coffee Bean Extract (50% Chlorogenic Acid) - 800mg
Yohimbe HCL - 5-10mg
Olive Leaf Extract (20% Oleuropein) - 1000mg
Bitter Orance Extract (99% Synephrine HCL) - 40mg

Is there any other ingredients i should add to this list or any ingredients you think i should get rid of/change dosages?

Honestly i would just invest in SHIFT which contains the olive leaf for you already, and may be cheaper than what you have above
the Y would be great upon waking and then the shift already has the f95 build right into it which would be superior IMO than green tea and Raspberry ketones and Green Coffee bean extract.

My 2 cents.

I would agree with the shift by pes. I've personally been meaning to pick up a bottle and run it with my summer cut!

This100%, Shift + yohimbe w/ caffeine pre fasted cardio and you're g2g. Start at 5mg of Y and work up between 15-20mg once tolerance is assessed better.

shift, forskolin, norco if you want the Y and caffeine (did not see caffeine on your list)

SHIFT+ your choice of norcodrene or alphamine would be far superior. Even Shift would be better when you consider the ingredients and the open label doses

you could add some Berberine HCL and Forskolin 95 with TTA

Berberine and Forskolin don't go well together.

If one is going to supplement with the two, try and dose them apart.

Myokem pyroxamine and alphadex FTW hit me up if you have any questions about the two my man

I agree with the push for Shift. Shift stacked with Alphamine is working great for me right now. Also look into DS Lean Xtreme. Its a prop blend, but it contains several of the ingredients you listed in your selected ingredients, and I've had great results using it.

Hmm... why do you think they wont?

Berberine has been shown to decrease cAMP and have an antilipolytic effect if I remember correctly.

There's a thread where it was talked about, berberine and forskolin interaction. I guess it depends on the goal of the individual first and foremost. But I do remember Synapsin recommending to dose them separately.
