help me please

i have been training for about 2 years doing taekwondo i have tried various supplements and diets but i struggle to put on any muscle mass, i am currently on a usn all in 1 supplement and now iv hit a wall i am 11 stone base weight and would like to get to my target weight of 14 stone is there a steroid i could use to help me. can some1 please help me?

Maybe explain a bit more about your diets and what 11 stone and 14 stone is (thats something I dont know). Dont just jump into steroids for this reason.

Also I did a bit of taekwondo as a kid, I remember it being excessive cardio. In such cases adding weight is insanely hard. How old are you? Likely a good bulking diet will help you out, steroids arent a cure all.

i am 24. 11 stone is roughly 154 pounds my target weight i would like to be is 196 pounds.
my current diet is in the morning i have red meat followed by usn anabolic all in 1 shake
then porridge and wallnuts to snack on untill lunch then a big plate of tuna pasta mayonaise yum yum but cheap lol.
then training a few hours later
then for dinner i have jacket potatoe with sallad and scrambled egg followed by usn shake. in my taekwondo training i do a lot of cardio and sparing could it be that stopping my muscle mass gains?
i have been looking at steroids for a few weeks but not sure which one would be best suited for me?
 
Well if you do decide to take PH's i suggest starting with Epistane (I have read TONS of great reviews on it for beginners) running it with something like week 1- Mon- 10mg and then 20mg for the rest of the week and then 20/30/30 for the next 3 weeks. Have a great PCT planned out with like example( A.I. Cycle Support and Nolva and/or Clomid). MAke sure your diet and routine is in check. Talk to some of the major fellas on the site who know tons. But there is definitely better ways to naturally get mass gains. PM "TravisG" and ask him to prepare you a bulking Diet and routine. Good luck man.
 
You have 3 meals and 1 snack a day, and do a lot of cardio. No wonder you can't gain weight.

I don't even think u should do steroids... Write up a new meal plan, with 6 meals a day, and more protein.

I concur. You can juice and you'll see gains but you won't keep them if you don't adjust your diet and training. The cardio is not holding your gains back but you need some lifting in their too. Do you do any weight training or just karate? If you add weight training to your intense cardio routine you should up your calories slowly but significantly. Try up-ing calories in 500cal/day increments weekly (so up them by 500 cal/day for week 1, then another 500+ week 2, etc.) until you start seeing mass increase. Add to that some weight training 3-4x weekly and you'll be in business.

I put on 12 lbs last month goign from 150 to 162... without steroids...

Eating many meals helps. I popped 2 cans of tuna a day, a natty PB sandwhich, pasta for breakfast, beef patties or chicken for PWO, munched on things like pretzels(i swear these things are great for a bulk, jsut scrap off salt with thumb if ur gona eat alot though) and 2 shakes a day.

I was only getting maybe 160-190g of protien a day. And put on that, without much fat. I am really an ecto, at least I thought, but the more I learn, the more I realize ecto is a challenge that can be overcome with diligence to diet. Oh and I had to hold almost all cardio after awhile lol. It is the cardio that burns the hell out of it man. You wanna bulk, try and calculate how much energy you expend in cardio, the consume that much EXTRA food.
 
i don't know much about taekwondo but i used to compete in kempo and boxing and that was alot of cardio.

Second of all, you are not 24 years old. You type like you're 14 years old, and even in your profile, your education is listed as "highschool". Although you were clever by hiding your age, I can assure you that you're not fooling me or anyone else.

You are not ready for steroids until you are atleast 21. IF YOU TAKE A PH BEFORE YOU FULLY DEVELOP, YOU WILL **** YOUR BODY UP. HEAR ME? **** IT UP I SAY!

Even if you happen to be 24 or whatever (in your last post, you failed to mention your age when I asked), you're not at your genetic potential. There's no point for roids dude. You can gain just as much weight if you just get your lazy ass in the gym and eat properly. Sorry but it's true.

not every one goes to college son. So his education may be HS and he works in a warehouse? Thats how I was for the longest time.

His typing age does seem young though. Maybe he is not a big computer person you know?

Real point being, no he should not touch any PH/DS/AAS at all. Especially at the 3 meals a day he listed.
 
You never know, but I just see the situation so many times and kids/people need to realize that AAS are not miracle pills, and you can't just pop them without working your ass off. There are so many people that spent years and years getting huge and constantly laying it down in the gym day by day that have never touched a PH in their lives.

Yeah, PHs are great if you know what you're doing and you maintain a good diet and exercise regimen. But they won't take a skinny kid that does TKD and turn him into a Brock Lesnar overnight.

Anyways, if you really are 24 kylexxx (and whether you are or not is none of my business), all you need to do is work on your diet and exercise plan. Check out the bulking forum if you need some tips. AAS are just not the way to go for you yet. You'll see in time, I promise.

ok advice taken :) ill strat makein up dif meal plan.im on usn all in one that dont seem to be doin much.does anyone know a good weight gain suppliment that works but dont cost the earth.allso i am 24 for peeps who want to knowand 4 the record i cant spell.so dont like to use big works :) i do weights at home on gym in line with my taekwondo.just findin hard to get gains.ill change meal plan 2day and keep u posted.thanks for the peeps who gave possitive info.

Good plan bro. Check out the bulking forum over here and you can get some nice recipies. The main goal is to increase your calories. As far as weight gainers go, I suggest Quick Gainer from MRI but only if you can get it on sale or at BOGOF. Mix half a serving and blend it with some oats, peanut butter, whole milk, and some ice cubes and you'll have a good 1500 calories easily. Thats what I drink every morning and I've been gaining a lot of mass with it.

Also, eat 6 meals a day. Even if they're smaller meals. You want to always feel full. If you feel like you can eat something, eat it. Don't wait until you're hungry!

Good luck to you, and once you start gaining weight up and getting at a good weight, come right back and we may be able to help you with a PH. But you need to get your diet in check first! Cheers.
 
thanks for the positive info finaly and i do hope you believe me wen i say im 24 i have no reason to lie. i will try that drink and check the bulking forum and keep you posted. also people have suggest mammoth 2500 have you heard of this supplement? do you know any1 who has had good gains off it? also i live in the united kingdom.
 
Yeah at 5'6" you aren't gonna hit 196 without significant body fat or steroids. That's pro natural BB territory. Even then you'd have to have a great diet and actually lift some weights rather than just swing your arms about an hour a day.
 
yea i did mai tai and kick boxing tons of cardio i weigh as much as u and if i was 180 and and stayed at 9% bf id be a monster 196 is a huge jump man just eat and weight train in mornings and martial arts at night
