hello, best creatine

Its usually up to the individual person. Mono and kre alk are great. Ive heard great things about con cret (conjugated creatine) and am trying that one out now.

To be honest with you, I think you'd be better off sticking to the classics. Thousands of products have come out to try to top Creatine Monohydrate, some truly have advantages but for the price of creatine monohydrate it's definitely the best bang for your buck. a 20 dollar jug will last you months where as if you buy the kre alk, you have to buy bottle after bottle. Usually not worth the price being 3-4 times more

Here are the main types of creatine. There are a bunch of others but from what ive seen, these are the most popular. kre alkalyn is buffered to your body's pH so it doesnt break down into creatinine as much which is useless to your body. Creatine Ethyl Ester supposidley can travel across the cell membrane bypassing transport proteins and diffusing directly into the cell. Creatine Gluconate is creatine with a glucose molecule attached to it. Creatine is shuttled to your muscles via insulin so eating fast digesting carbs with it spikes insulin and increases its uptake. I prefer Creatine Gluconate and can actually feel it hitting (weird feeling!) but you cant beat basic monohydrate for price per amount. Problem is, about 25% of people dont respond to monohydrate, which is what I have trouble with.

My manager at the GNC i work at swears by con-crete... I'd like to try that **** sometime. Guy's a 300 pound record holding powerlifter, so i guess he's doing something right (albeit probably not his creatine, but still.)

i got a container of CLs green mag for xmas from my girl, but i wont be using that for a little bit... in terms of value its great and if it works itll probably become a staple of mine. I'm not really a believer in spending a bunch of money on creatine, so my suggestion is get whatever's cheap and works for you. i'm also REALLY liking this white flood ive been using for a few days, and ive used a lot of different Pre W/o's.

i have been on green mag for 3 weeks and have not noticed a thing from it although many ppl think highly of it.
were you on creatine before? what are you expecting that you didnt get?
and as far as the free samples of CL products, mine still havent come in. even when they "sent" them the second time.
check your Pm, fedex says it was delivered on the 17th ;)

awesome, let us know how you like green magnitude, it stacks very well with the white flood you are currently taking :)

Man, seems this post pops up every week.

I like Controlled Labs Green Bulge (especially w/ b12 and b6) and good ol' creatine monohydrate.

Going to try try Kre-Alkalyn soon.

i was on creatine about 2 months before i started green mag and i noticed size difference. i gained about 6 pounds. i thought i would at least see a few pounds from green mag especially during a bulk. i decided to stack it with prime and HGHup. i have a log going under supplement reviews called green mag and HGHup. im curious to see if the prime and HGHup work together with green mag to make it maybe better

Con-Cret IMO was legit to everything they said on their website. Ive been using Kre-Alk for the longest now but i see prices on Con-Cret are finally much more cheaper so im going back go that for the new year.

yup, the refomrulation of green bulge (about a year ago) was significant and we didnt even increase the cost to the customer even though our costs rose substantially :)

if you were already on creatine, then you gained what you will from the creatine water weight. additional size will come indirectly via the strength gains from the product, which obviously takes longer than water gains. if you didnt gain anything on a bulk, I would look to the diet/calories

this topic can be argued forever and ever....theres different kind of creatines and each person is different, but am i safe to say...creatine is creatine, it seems no matter which product u pick it's not to bad, ppl prefer their certain type of creatine or brand, just find out which works best for u at the price, i always go with universal storm for the price and the taste isn't terrible, a tub of it lasts forever also

I like what you said. Makes a lot of sense. :type:

I would be very interested to see if you used a bottle of Cre-02 and still felt the same a month later.

You could send me a bottle and see how it works on me :biglaugh:
Only creatine that has ever done something for me is Kre-Alkalyn.

then maybe YOU should check out Kreaceps Ultra ;)

however...i'm overly confident that Cre-02 would shock you like it has to so many others.

I will....Income is low right now and especially with getting what I need for my contest prep lol, just at the moment it would be hard on my head spending it on something that may/may not work you know....

I bet I would be shocked, I'm in no way doubting you haha.

i have also taken green mag and didnt see results. my diet is the best it has been in years. a clean bulk diet with 4k cals, 200g protein, 250 to 300g of carbs daily. but on the flip side many people love it
