HCG help

I have no idea how I'm supposed to take HCG I dont know what
"iu" stands for, or how much it equals,
I'm about to start a 10 week cycle of deca and
sustonon at
deca- 250/wk
sus-500/wk
with pct consisting of clomid
please any help will be welcomed

I'd advise doing some more research.

Just youtube "mixing hCG" or something similar to that and you should get a pretty good idea.

I'd also look at adding a natural test booster into the PCT to run along with the clomid.

As far as a natural testosterone booster to run along in PCT? HCGenerate hands down.

Did you find what you needed for mixing the hCG? Like I said, I just youtubed videos before to see how to mix it all up. It's not too difficult and there are a lot of good videos.
