Havoc PCT

Hi,

Looking at RPN Havoc for a 4 week cycle over the Summer, bit stuck on the PCT side of things.

Havoc 20/30/40/40

Was considering Anabolic Innovations Post Cycle Support and a test booster (Novedex or Recycle) however, after reading up a fair bit on this, Nolva or Clomid look like the better option:

Clomifene Citrate - 10mg and 25mg
Tamoxifen - 20mg

So, question is, which one is best for a Havoc cycle and at what dose?

Is that 20mg each day for 4 weeks and with the Clomid is it per week dose or per day you have there?
 
It would be 20 mg everyday for four weeks same for clomid 75 mg every day each number represents a week personally I would do clomid for epi
 
I think taking 75mg clomid makes you feel like a girl. I would go 50mg and use something like AI PCT support or PCT assist(CEL). jus my 02 tho
 
I think I am gearing towards Nolva for this, would you recommend AI PCT as well as Nolva? Would like to cover all bases. Also, what sort of spacing would you give Nolva - 10mg in the morning and 10mg in the afternoon ok or 20mg in one go?

as a PCT is this looking ok:

Nolva
AI PCT
Novedex XT
Creatine
Fish Oil
Lean Xtreme

Anything missing or anything I don't need in that?

Creatine, really? Never thought about that... hmm. Lemme know how it works out for you.
 
isn't it a litte overkill with nolva+an ai+lean extreme ?

how would you use them and at what dosages for how many weeks?

i dont think you need the ai as well, not for 4 wks of havoc. but you're lookin good bro, got all your ducks in a row.
 
Nolva 20 mg each day for four weeks is questionable advice. taper off. do 20/20/10/10. if you have liquid then taper off to the equivalent of 5mg for one extra week. if you don't taper, you risk estrogen rebound.

Nolva 20/20/10/10 (tabs only)
Fish oil 1000mg per day
Lean Xtreme (1 cap three times per day)
Anabolic Innovations Cycle Support (2 scoops per day weeks 1,2)
*Novedex XT (2 caps per day)*

Would it not be helpful to have Novedex or Anabolic Innovations post cycle support in the pct with the test boosting effects of one of these or will Nolva cover it well enough?

A product that works directly as a test booster is what you need to take with nolva. Like TestoPro from AI or many of the other great products around this site.
 
no ai needed- not with that pct havoc doesnt armotase AND this cycle wont shut you down too bad so less chance of est. rebound and If you do have on you got the nolva or clomid on hand
