Perogies . . . haha I havent had those in a while. pretty sure the shoprite by me only has the frozen ones = no go.
Decided on 2 pies (strawberry & maybe apple, need to see what else they have) and frozen yogurt. Will take pics for epicness

* Lat pulldowns (medium width grip):

* Individual arm cable lat pulldowns, supersetted with standing cable oblique turns @ 35 for10 reps

* 7's with wide grip row machine
70x15, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10, 80x10, 70x15 => really hit my rhomboids good.
good stuff today, weights are still getting easier than the previous week, so Im not complaining
