good stuff today, weights are still getting easier than the previous week, so Im not complaining :D. No increase in oily skin, acne, or other b.s.

So, no I didnt update my workout yesterday for my carb up (oh noes!) . . . chest was feeling weak on flat bench, 230 felt heavy so I only did 5 sets of 3 reps :\
Energy levels for some reason were pretty low, but damn was I looking good haha. 1 slin sane + 60g of carbs from oats preworkout = crazy vascularity and hardness.

Today was off day, spent about an hour in the pool constantly moving. also consumed about 150 cal less than I usually do, so we'll see how I feel tomorrow . . . which is light deads and legs day. should be getting my agmatine in so I can pop 500mg preworkout, looking forward to the pumps in my quads and hams :D

2 ss's with oats? son, on refeed days I take around 6 caps lol. I usually do more caps with higher amounts of carbs, but I limited my preworkout dose just to see if I still got effects from it. Also, it was actually 60g of carbs from oats, not 60g of oats (just reread it myself and caught that)

well duh, hemavol has agmatine in it plus a slew of other good stuff. gplc though, never tried it. I guess Im kind of new to the whole 'pump products' market. Just started getting into nitrates a few months ago.

* Speed Squats:
140x8, 230x5x5, 250x5 drop 140x20 => holy out of breath batman!
* Leg Extensions
50x25, rack x15, rack x13, rack x13 => went for higher reps today because I was too lazy to gather all the stupid half plates around the gym.
Leg Abductor // Adductor machine:
5 supersets, no rest . . . definitely going to be feeling it tomorrow.
* Calf presses on leg press machine
Did 1 warmup set @ 150ish then racked the machine for 5 sets of 13 (rack is 400, checked today)


Alright, so I was pretty pissed after deadlifts today as I was aiming for 4 reps . . . got half and was disappoint.

Went into squats and 230 felt heavy. Was pretty pissed so I just put on my favorite song and decided to drop my rest time and go as deep as I could without breaking mid set. To my surprise it was a whole lot easier getting down atg and having that little bounce back . . . felt so good I decided to do a heavy set at the end of my working sets just because. after those 5 reps I thought, well Im not going to stop now, so I dropped down and just repped out a few reps from failure/exhaustion. Was gasping for breath after that, haha.

Tomorrow is going to be a tricky day . . . Im heading down to the bronx at 9ish in the morning and decided Im going to lift before that :eek:. 6.30 wake up, fasted workout, 1 serving ergopump, 1 serv adamantium, 4 caps agmatine (didnt get a chance to try it today) + chest/shoulders . . . SON, it will be epic haha. Hopefully I wont die.

I love GPLC, Nitrates give crazy pumps tho. I've tried 2g of Agmatine before and wasn't all that impressed, let me guess your gonna try 6g's :lol:

man was that a mistake, haha. Ended up throwing up around 30 minutes into the workout. I guess after that is was pretty epic though.

* Ez bar cable curls on seated row machine

* Preacher hammer curls (with hammer curl bar) // Standing straight bar bicep curls (with bicep bomber, see below)

* 7's with bent over tricep pull backs (cable set up to chest height, in bentover row position, upper arm stationary pointing straight down, pulling straight bar back(underhand grip) and down with triceps)

Finished up with some interval training on the arc trainer. Ive started alternating my HIIT and regular longer interval training to get the best of both worlds . . . also to attempt and spare my legs after my legs days :p

Strength has continued to increase on my CGBP throughout my dieting. really impressed.

Was short and sweet today. Got a comment from a guy in the gym who tried to guess my weight (he thought I was 170). Told him I was 155 this morning and he clearly did not believe me, lol. After the shock had passed he said I was insanely strong for my weight and commended me on a job well done :)

After gym today I built a shed with some help from my dad (SOME being the key word there) at my parent's house. Was outside for 6.5 hours and all we have left is to put the roof shingles on, anchor it down, and electrically ground it. so.much.screwing.


Oh! so I have been toying around with bulk daa&lclt at the same 3g&2g doses as what is in adamantium trying to gauge the effectiveness of the NAT in the formula.

Today I definitely felt a difference from the past couple days of doing bulk powders (I sort of skipped out on the log for a little so I felt it was wrong to keep using the adamantium . . . but at the same time didnt want to cease the daa cycle) and the only difference was the NAT. Needless to say the formula, though very simple, has me impressed.


And like I said, tomorrow is refeed day . . . Im going to be baking up a storm and pictures will be delivered :D (and not like the pies pictures from last time . . . which I took btw but they looked terrible and I didnt want to embarrass myself :p).

Get ready to be jelly.

Adamantium is very underrated, I hope you also agree now :D, but seems like everyone is starting to see how good this combo is:)

Oh, btw not going to give full detail on my legs day today, but for my working sets of squats I did 280x3, 300x3, 305x2 drop 280x2 drop 225x5.

was surprised at the 300 and 305 lifts (in a good way) . . . feels like the daa is in full swing.

(I dont need to mention the pumps from carb day + ss + agmatine . . . but yeah my legs were pumped up lol)

I hear ya on the NAT, I get a great aggression boost that activates some extra energy, the only thing I can compare it to is when I have taken Formestane pre-workout, but even a bit better aggression, I love it.
 
Haha was just thanking you prematurely ;). With that being said we are replacing the Adamantium name with Formula X and we have added 8:1:1 BCAA's to the mix and it will retail for about $33.99 so only about a $4 increase. Things keep getting better.

Final Review Time: (before after pics will be up later today :D)

Product as a whole is very simple, and yet its ingredients work both alone as well as VERY well with each other.

DAA is probably the hottest test boosting product on the market right now, with multiple studies showing its results on t levels.
LCLT has some research behind it supporting claims of up-regulation of androgen receptors (receptors that test. binds to)
And while I have not personally looked into the details of NAT, I can say first hand that the focus I received from it was noticeable (not like a stim focus, more subtle) even on top of stim'd pre's.

Alright, so the formula is great, and it all works . . . what did it do for me?

Well, as I am still cutting for a little while longer, maintaining strength while shedding %bf were my main concerns. While the product more than likely did not affect my body composition significantly, it did help me maintain some of my lifts (others are impossible for me to keep when I get to low enough weight. try squating 315 for reps at 150lbs) while even increasing strength on others like my raw deadlift (up about 10lbs to 450) and auxilary lifts (like my seated db bicep curls => up to 60x5x2 from 60x3 and standing ezbar curls => up about 10lbs to 130x5).

Alright, so you saw some effect on your strength . . . what about mood, libido, other hormonal changes?

Great mood throughout my run. No real change in libido with the exception of massive raging erections every morning for the first few weeks. Nothing else in terms of increased oily skin/acne . . . skin actually looks great (lol)!

Well now, hold on there champ . . . I didnt say it was perfect. Athletix is being struck with the one problem smaller companies have when trying to compete with the big boys, higher than needed prices. I'll throw my example out for you.

I can buy the ingredients to make adamantium (minus the flavoring, which btw is AWESOME and the bulk powders alone taste terrible, so keep that in mind) in the following quantities/prices

Daa - 100g / 8.41
LCLT - 100g / 12.99
NAT - 42g / 11

and the quantities pre bottle of adamantium are

DAA - 90g
LCLT - 60g
NAT - 21g

So, by comparing these numbers, we can see that the above product can be made for as cheaper with bulk ingredients with plenty left over for repeat use (current price is 30$/tub at NP)

Again, I am not bashing the product, I am just pointing out that while I (as a recent college graduate still waiting to start his job and hence low on funds) would prefer to buy the product for its taste and convenience, I cannot justify it simply because of taste. I also take flavored preworkouts, which I can dump my bulk powders into destroying their nasty taste.



SO, seeing that the only gripe I have with adamantium is its cost, I have come up with a solution. Buy bulk daa and run that solo for a few weeks (allowing it time to kick in, as it does take ~12 days to do so) and then run the adamantium for 1 or 2 tubs (depending on how much you like it/see from it). This is my recommendation

Product as a whole is very simple, and yet its ingredients work both alone as well as VERY well with each other.

DAA is probably the hottest test boosting product on the market right now, with multiple studies showing its results on t levels.
LCLT has some research behind it supporting claims of up-regulation of androgen receptors (receptors that test. binds to)
And while I have not personally looked into the details of NAT, I can say first hand that the focus I received from it was noticeable (not like a stim focus, more subtle) even on top of stim'd pre's.

Alright, so the formula is great, and it all works . . . what did it do for me?

Well, as I am still cutting for a little while longer, maintaining strength while shedding %bf were my main concerns. While the product more than likely did not affect my body composition significantly, it did help me maintain some of my lifts (others are impossible for me to keep when I get to low enough weight. try squating 315 for reps at 150lbs) while even increasing strength on others like my raw deadlift (up about 10lbs to 450) and auxilary lifts (like my seated db bicep curls => up to 60x5x2 from 60x3 and standing ezbar curls => up about 10lbs to 130x5).

Alright, so you saw some effect on your strength . . . what about mood, libido, other hormonal changes?

Great mood throughout my run. No real change in libido with the exception of massive raging erections every morning for the first few weeks. Nothing else in terms of increased oily skin/acne . . . skin actually looks great (lol)!

So you're saying there's nothing wrong with this product?

Well now, hold on there champ . . . I didnt say it was perfect. Athletix is being struck with the one problem smaller companies have when trying to compete with the big boys, higher than needed prices. I'll throw my example out for you.

I can buy the ingredients to make adamantium (minus the flavoring, which btw is AWESOME and the bulk powders alone taste terrible, so keep that in mind) in the following quantities/prices

Daa - 100g / 8.41
LCLT - 100g / 12.99
NAT - 42g / 11

and the quantities pre bottle of adamantium are

DAA - 90g
LCLT - 60g
NAT - 21g

So, by comparing these numbers, we can see that the above product can be made for as cheaper with bulk ingredients with plenty left over for repeat use (current price is 30$/tub at NP)

Again, I am not bashing the product, I am just pointing out that while I (as a recent college graduate still waiting to start his job and hence low on funds) would prefer to buy the product for its taste and convenience, I cannot justify it simply because of taste. I also take flavored preworkouts, which I can dump my bulk powders into destroying their nasty taste.



SO, seeing that the only gripe I have with adamantium is its cost, I have come up with a solution. Buy bulk daa and run that solo for a few weeks (allowing it time to kick in, as it does take ~12 days to do so) and then run the adamantium for 1 or 2 tubs (depending on how much you like it/see from it). This is my recommendation

Just wanted to point out I like the price comparison, your bulk powders add up to $32.50 and if you look around a bit you can find Adamantium right now for $22.99 ;)


The regular price is $30 and is in fact going up to $34, but! we are adding in 150g of BCAA's to the formula and it will be called Formula-X:) So if you did the price comparison with the added 150g of BCAA your bulk powder formula would be over $45, so for the amount it's pretty close to being the same and tastes great

Good points . . . I actually did a rough comparison before I found a price for the NAT (which is tough to find in bulk, btw), so Im glad you called me out on that.

What sort of ratio are you adding for the bcaa's? make it 2:1:1 and I will be happy :D

Nope 8:1:1

Why do you prefer the 2:1:1? I normally take 4:1:1 and will just use the Formula-X 8:1:1 pre-workout.
 
well, 2:1:1 is ideal when cutting, just to get more isoleucine and valine along with the leucine. Even 4:1:1 isnt bad (im using it now just because I have it)

Bulking though, 8:1:1 is very good. you already have an abundance of isol. and val. from your diet . . . and more leucine is beneficial regardless so its a win-win.
