Hi! I need some question abouts macros while prohormones. I've read about how to optimize my cycle but nothing about carbs:fat ratios for diet.
There is my current planning.
currently: 67 kg / 170 cms / 13% BF
- TDEE: ~ 2400 kcal
- WorkDays: ~ 2800 : 240g P / 300g C / 80g F
- RestDays: ~ 2300 : 240 P / 150 C / 95 F
- Is enough proteins?
- What about high fats on rest days?
