Was reading more today about myostatin inhibitors....the potential here is very strong.
I cant wait to see how things pan out after a month and once guys start running it longer.
The AM featured article on high protein intake today mentioned Myostatin being the limiting factor to protein synthesis during periods of excessive and consistent protein intake. An inhibitor could remove the need for spacing out protein intake to achieve maximum uptake, and just benefit high protein dieters in general.
My thought anyways, we shall see!

How long is recommended before cycling off? 12 weeks?
Strength gains might start next week. IMO endurance comes right away. It's been 3 days and endurance seems to be risen every workout.
Sounds good. I'll be able to verify endurance next week as I have a pretty static cardio schedule.
Starting to look like the endurance increase is taking center stage. I do believe that as time goes on strength will increase.
Today it was going to take the day off but I said f^ck it I'm out!
Full body workout today
I've been doing that a lot. Planning to chill and then get an urge to push me back in to the gym and I am usually glad I did. Usually on those days, I run a hypertrophy routine and keep the reps high.
Day 2 April 8th Took 1 pill (it's double dosed of retail bottle) 30min pre workout. Workout Highlight- Endurance was insane. I didn't test much of my strength today but I did superset basically every set. I did back and triceps. Throughout the whole workout I felt focused and and couldn't stop. Breathing was smooth. Probably rested about 30-45 sec in between sets. Overall great workout.
Can't wait for mine!!!
Day 5 April 11th
Full body workout
Endurance once again shines. Loving this stuff.
I supersetted basically every set with reps ranging from 15-20.
Two sets in one shot 30-40 reps and I felt great. Worked out for 50min straight with 20-30sec rest In between.
Endurance lasted all workout and could've went longer but I hit all parts and didn't want to overtrain.
Didn't test out strength today.
Taking off the next two days.
Might run do some cardio tomm though.

Good question. I just started using Alphamax so I will probably just run that along with Follidrone. I plan on starting this Monday.

This is awesome. I honestly wasnt sure what would be the initial signs it was working as it was so varied in our testing. Im stoked to see exercise capacity showing right from the gate. If it does just this it would be a solid supp. I have a feeling more is on the way though![]()

I agree. If for any reason endurance is the main effect it's still awesome. Mind you it's only week 1. I'm sure it'll get better next week.

I actually didn't take my folli because I'm planning on going for a little run later. See how the endurance is just with running and no weights. Wanted to run yesterday but weather was to nice and took the kids out to the museum

Nicee. IMO endurance effects work right away. I felt the same exact way you did all week.
How long before workout did you dose? Did you have a pre meal?
