Day 3 April 9th

Great ****ing workout! Chest!

Endurance was the highlight of the day. Felt strong but had better days strength wise.

Did some HIIT for 10min and breathing was smooth.

At the end I supersetted high cable chest fly's with some pull ups.
 
Was reading more today about myostatin inhibitors....the potential here is very strong.
I cant wait to see how things pan out after a month and once guys start running it longer.

The AM featured article on high protein intake today mentioned Myostatin being the limiting factor to protein synthesis during periods of excessive and consistent protein intake. An inhibitor could remove the need for spacing out protein intake to achieve maximum uptake, and just benefit high protein dieters in general.

My thought anyways, we shall see!

Yea I think 8+ weeks is where it's at.
 
How long is recommended before cycling off? 12 weeks?

No one knows exactly yet. But it's safe to experiment. My guess would be 8-10 weeks should be a nice run. Even 12 weeks with 4 weeks off. Might be a staple supp year round.
 
Day 4 April 10th

Legs and random body parts killed.

Today was a weird workout. Woke up feeling good and ready for the gym until I got a call to ruin my mood. Got to the gym and felt sluggish and my workout partner was on crack. Lol

Around 20min into the workout I got a surge of energy and killed the rest of the workout.

Highlight of the day was that burst of energy later in the workout.

No strength increase today. Endurance came late but it did come.
 
Strength gains might start next week. IMO endurance comes right away. It's been 3 days and endurance seems to be risen every workout.

Good stuff so far. Just the beginning. We shall see in the coming weeks.

Sounds good. I'll be able to verify endurance next week as I have a pretty static cardio schedule.
 
Starting to look like the endurance increase is taking center stage.
I do believe that as time goes on strength will increase.

Yea that's what I'm thinking as well. It's hard for something to give u instant strength.

I've been doing that a lot. Planning to chill and then get an urge to push me back in to the gym and I am usually glad I did. Usually on those days, I run a hypertrophy routine and keep the reps high.

My rep range is 15-20. Sh!t hurts though lol
 
Day 2 April 8th Took 1 pill (it's double dosed of retail bottle) 30min pre workout. Workout Highlight- Endurance was insane. I didn't test much of my strength today but I did superset basically every set. I did back and triceps. Throughout the whole workout I felt focused and and couldn't stop. Breathing was smooth. Probably rested about 30-45 sec in between sets. Overall great workout.

Can't wait for mine!!!

I supersetted basically every set with reps ranging from 15-20.

Two sets in one shot 30-40 reps and I felt great. Worked out for 50min straight with 20-30sec rest In between.

Endurance lasted all workout and could've went longer but I hit all parts and didn't want to overtrain.

Didn't test out strength today.

Taking off the next two days.

Might run do some cardio tomm though.

This is awesome. I honestly wasnt sure what would be the initial signs it was working as it was so varied in our testing.
Im stoked to see exercise capacity showing right from the gate.
If it does just this it would be a solid supp. I have a feeling more is on the way though ;)

I agree. If for any reason endurance is the main effect it's still awesome. Mind you it's only week 1. I'm sure it'll get better next week.
 
Day 6 April 12th

Woke up feeling good.

No sleep issues just in case people are wondering. Even though I take my dose in the am.

Might go for a run later but it's a beautiful day outside. NY is reaching 70 today so I might be out with the kids. Hopefully I can squeeze In a run.
 
Didn't take a morning dose. Saving it for/if I get to run this afternoon or evening. If I don't I'll take a dose an hour before dinner.

I actually didn't take my folli because I'm planning on going for a little run later. See how the endurance is just with running and no weights. Wanted to run yesterday but weather was to nice and took the kids out to the museum

Just took my first dose/first workout today. I felt like I had more endurance even though I was not resting much during sets....placebo or does it feel like it works that quickly? Hmmm.

Nicee. IMO endurance effects work right away. I felt the same exact way you did all week.

How long before workout did you dose? Did you have a pre meal?

I follow IF protocol, and had it 20 minutes pre-workout. Ever since I've started cutting my endurance has been shot, but I managed to pull off things I normally did without feeling drained.

My second dose had me going much longer than normal. That seems to be the scenario across the board so far.
