First off, thanx to -IronFlex- for letting me log their product "Ultrasten". I will stack it with Stano and Lean-Cuts. Here's my cycle layout;
UltraSten- 20-20-20-20-20-20-20 (6weeks)
LeanCuts- 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2 (8weeks)
Stano- 0-0-800-800-1000-1000-1000-1200-1200 (7weeks)
Pre workout of choice right now is Enhanced.
Pct- Torem, D-Pol, Erase pro, and endosurge Turbo
Goal- Get leaner while maintaining current mass. Basically look better in the mirror in which in reality we're never satisfied with.
Current weight- 178lbs (will edit when i start log)
Arm size- unknown will edit when I start log
Height- 5'9" for u curious people
Diet- Will edit upon start of log
Training- 5-6 times per week with the extra day working on lagging body part and hopefully squeeze in some extra cardio. I practically superset almost every exercise with a rest period of 30-45 seconds.
Cardio- Will be mainly done 2-4 times per week. Probably all in the morning while fasted. I do HIIT for about ten minutes.
Abs- 2-4 times per week.
I was going to start this Monday but because my daughter's due date is July 6th and 4th of july holiday my training won't be in par as I would like it to. I won't start until "July 8th".
