Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Sounds awesome! Will tag you when time comes. By the way, you and kenpoengineer were right. 175mg/week test is the sweet spot, for me too!
No AI needed until now at that dose. Thanks for sharing!

Found my new favorite oral: T-bol. No sides, great strength, great libido, hardening, veins, endurance, muscles pumped.
Apparently the "weaker" AAS is what gives me more benefits.
TBol is the schit!!!!!!
Watching closely. Trest is a bust for me. 3 weeks in and no change. Almost a week on epistane. Hopeful that gives me SOMETHING out of this run. My TRT doc has me at 280mg eow test, so I'd venture to say I'm not too far off from you.
Go smack your Doc and tell him you need your shots weekly at a minimum. Way too much fluctuation going on with biweekly shots. You are going from really high test right after the shot to almost nothing again then back up to really high. Not the best for your lipids or the rest of your hormone panel.
Hell yeah. Whatcha think about this recomp set up

Wk 1-15 Test e 500mg
Wk 1-8 Tbol 80mg
Wk 12-18 Anavar 50mg

Is that too hepatotoxic?
No it looks legit!!!! Just take tudca, or some Liv52 throughout and you should be golden!

Adding EQ crossed my mind... seems like Test/eq and tbol would give some modest and sustainable gainz
Absolutely would, but keep an eye on your hematocrit levels. Donate right before starting the cycle then again mid cycle and you will be doing pretty darn good I would say!

I think you are looking good brother!
We are never happy with our own progress. It's a sickness that keeps us pushing!
Or we could quit like 90% of the people who try to lift.

Holy Fak!! Look at them arms! I believe I'd take the spare tire if the arms come with it

You know why I'm never happy with my own body?
Because of you.
Stop posting pictures of your lean body, damnit!

Sorry, should have clarified. Been through this on my own thread a couple weeks ago. For now, I'm with this doc because it's cost prohibitive to switch to the doc I've decided on until my next blood test in a few months. Current doc insists on the biweekly, no other options. That said, I'm actually not seeing any negative effects beyond a fade in mood in the last 2 days or so. If I was seeing worse sides, I'd push and take the cost hit to switch now.

FWIW, on day 10, I tested at 1366tt/240ft on 300mg/eow. So while I agree that it's way more uneven than what I'd like with weekly, I'm not running too low at any time.

Your safe on the pics until they get this fixed.
Can't post pics for some reason. All I get is the URL option for some reason?

My approach to better endure cardio:

I use the stationary bike, because of my knee problems.

My problem is boredom while paddling.
I figured, if I watched the news or a movie, I could not concentrate on the content enough while exercising.
So I needed something repetitive but aggressive to focus on.

Thought about it the last few days and came up with sort of a "brain hack" to endure cardio better.
Downloaded WW2 docu-footage and overlapped it with industrial techno.

Every time when marching soldiers, or advancing troops show up, I stay at 135 HR.
Every time when planes fly an attack -or tanks start firing, I sprint. It's working great, seriously.

Is this going to be a from on now thing or is it a temporary glitch?
I'm an old school post a file name guy.

No idea.

Do that:
upload your pic to: Invalid Link Removed

When the whole pic appears on this website, right mouse click on it "copy image location"

Then paste it in the URL thingy here on AM, done.

You can use my log to try, but not complete nudez, promise? :)

try watching porno...

stationary bike just plain kills my knee...I would rather jog or jump rope if I had to choose-even though those hurt like hell also, but not nearly as much as the bike. buy yourself a rowing machine--or else buy a canoe and paddle around in your pond/pool:laugh:!!!

I had to post the picture as inline for it to work (w/o using an external host). It started just a couple of days ago for me. Not sure if my workaround will still work either, but it did work, I think it was last week?

If you go advanced reply, use the Attachments (paper clip icon), Add a File, Upload then choose to Insert Inline. That worked for me.

stationery bikes kill my knees too. I use an elliptical because it is easier on my knees.

Today I don't feel like working out. Body aches a bit from the previous "Body weight carousel".

On the other hand, what useful could I do with my free time?

Will drag my azz to the gym anyway. Once there the DB's will "talk to me", like:

"Hey fatty, wanna piece of me?" The bicycle will say: "Look who is here, the guy with the big butt!"

Thinking about it, I may pedal the sh1t out of that bike, calling me "big butt", this little fugger!

Nice job getting in and getting some work done. Sometimes those worn out days turn into great days.

I think those days are special. The body signals rest -but you push anyway. It may help later on to get some PR's.

Cardio Brain Hack update

For anyone here who is interested and does stationary cardio:
The "Brain-hack" works so well, I could probably do an hour of cardio now and time flies.

Download stuff like this to your phone:

It does not really matter what the content of the video is, as long as it has changing sequences with sporadic action -and some "pushing" music to boot.
At action sequences I go more into gear -going slower when it calms down. Go with the flow and keep eyes fixed on your phone.

Look at that cardio machine!

Small victories can turn into winning the war! Congrats on being able to do some kind of straight bar press!

Man that is great! Happy for you.
I'm loving the incline hex press. No pain, up to 75lb DBs. hard part is getting them off my legs!

Wow, that's heavy!
I have those tiny girl wrists, can't hold the heavier DB's, LOL.

The daily cardio definitely is doing something.
Getting a tiny little bit leaner by the day.

My epitalon cycle is almost over, looking forward to my second one, this time with N-Acetyl Epitalon Amidate.

By the way, a pic of the inventor of epitalon, Dr.Vladimir Khavinson, director of the St Petersburg Institute of Bioregulation and Gerontology.

Here he is awarded the "Order of Friendship" from Putin in Jan 2017. Note: Khavinson was born 1946, look at him. This means, Putin will still hang around for awhile, maybe forever, if Khavinson is right.

Edit: I may hang around forever too if he is right :) if my liver doesn't quit on me first, LOL

That fcker is 71?! Holy shyt

dayum. I can press 70lb DBs normal incline (10 ~ 12 reps). I am only up to 40lb hex presses right now (sets of 15), working my way up still.

What's a Hex Press?

That fcker is 71?! Holy shyt

At a cellular level he may be only 10 years old, LOL. This guy holds 196 patents and has 775 scientific publications.

Epitalon is THE sh1t when it comes to anti-aging.

We have civil unrest here, people are now burning the congress, LOL. Awesome!

Went to the gym and was almost alone. All others are at home, watching the news.

Anyway , gains are more important than revolution.

Civil unrest (a term that p1sses me off, it's fking looting, let's call it what it is) could be good cardio workout. Maybe?

Nah, not looting. The people are pissed about their corrupt government (what they themselves elected, those idiots).
