Yeah donating blood is he way to go. I personally don't like using thinners because of the off chance that something happens are your body won't be able to repair itself through clotting.

No bueno on the crap geyser!!!! Glad to hear you are doing something about the hematocrit being so high. Often hydration is a major factor in this but since you have run all the gear and cruise higher than normal TRT levels the extra steps will definitely be helpful.

My BP got up -and felt fatigue with headaches, I knew it was time to donate. I'm more aware now. MrKleen73 ,I saw in kenpoengineer 's log, that you are cruising/TRT on 2x75mg/week. Is this enough for you to keep all muscles?

Absolutely, and I feel good on it. My test levels are always up over 1000 taking it twice a week. I feel like a young man in many ways at that level. Almost like puberty except my joints still ache... Thinking of adding in 50mg deca-durabolin a week for the joints...

I also noted that I feel best on a cruise. Will try 150mg/week.
What do you think of Vit B12 injections? Do you use them regularly? MrKleen73
 
I think they are great for those who need them. If you don't need them then you won't really feel as much. There is not a benefit to having extra, but not having enough drops your energy levels and metabolism a bit.

Yep, easy for you youngsters to do. Even with using the Hack Squat machine, sometimes I think my knees are about to revolt
Ever since all that stuff happened with my knee a couple months ago, I haven't been able to squat. My knees crackle all the time now. Need some joint support supps or something

Don't know if they have this in banana land but there is amniotic stem cell injection therapy that is used in a clinic near me and the result are astonishing!!!! Like people the doctor says HAS TO HAVE surgery due to full tears of mlc and PLC(a football buddy of mine) went there and did there complete therapy while going to rehab after they place said it was OK. And he says his knee is as good as new, now he hasn't had an MRI to prove it but the fact he walking and running squatting etc is enough for me.

Nope. Did a short run of 200mg/week upped to 300mg week to get pain relief for my knees.
Was convinced since then, that it is one of the best (if not THE BEST) AAS for me. Almost no sides, great strength -and size gain + joint relief.
It gives the infamous Deca-D1ck though. Trying now with caber to avoid it -but got it already after 5 days of use, despite cabergoline. Currently counteracting it with 1.5mg Melanotan 2.

You already know what a first cycle looks like.... 500mg test/week, best split in two shots. Nothing else.
But you are asking a crazy guy.

Drop the tbol and go with your plan. It's a lot of pinning. NPP is best pinned daily -or EOD.
Every 3 days MAY be ok -but is not optimal IMHO, due to it's short HL.
Take OTC Inhibit-P -and have prami -or caber near by.
AI may be needed. If you are lean, I would start with 0.25mg adex /2x week. If you are fat (like me) 0,5mg adex EOD. If you are fatter than me, don't even think of doing the cycle, I learned from my mistakes.
