Yesterday had bad cravings at night and got carried away with 6 slices of white bread with ham and cheese and 7 oreos with a pint of whole milk.
Don't know what happened, I normally don't like bread or oreos, just found -and destroyed them.
For my upcoming re-start at the gym, I ordered 8 x 5mg Fragment 176-191.
My plan is a harsh 6 week cut HIT4ME style at 850 kcal a day.
Cycle will look like this:
1-6 Test-E 500mg (250mg 2x week) IM
1-6 Ostarine 25mg/day
1-6 Fragment 176-191 / 2 x 250mcg per day (one pre workout/cardio / one before bed) SC
1-6 MK-677 (upping to 30mg/day)
1-6 DMAA + Ephedra
1-6 exemestane/adex (when necessary EOD)
1-6 50mg TD Trest pre- workout

I'll need a good OTC thermogenic fat burner, as I don't like clen -or T3

Thanks for crediting me with the diet approach....but it isn't my idea. I am just the only one on here dumb enough to live on that edge, haha. But you and I have similar mental make ups, so I think you will do well. My first time on it, I expected to lose 40-50 pounds in 6-8 weeks (foolish) and knowing I just needed to last a short time really helped me stick to it.
As far as fat burners...DMAA is good. The IDL octodrine fat burner I've been using is also great for energy and appetite suppression.
Having said that, ephedrine/caffeine is still the best for mild energy and great appetite suppression.
Having said that, as far as actual fat burning....nothing on the market really works all that well, IMO...except:
Sodium Usniate which has the potential for liver toxicity and isn't available in the U.S. anymore was very effective.
The new DCP by Evomuse is the best thing I've ever used with the exception of Sodium Usniate. Honestly, I wouldn't have told you it was even working two weeks ago. I wasn't losing g weight, but my last update photos, the only real difference for me was that I started taking DCP one week before the August 5th photos, then only lost 1.5 pounds by the two week update photos on the 21st. This made me think the DCP wasn't working. Then I compared the photos, which you saw, and was shocked at the difference when I only lost 1.5 pounds. It is phenomenal and if the same thing happens this Sunday, you will know recognise stuff works. I added in Supernova from Evomuse about 5 days ago. So I am taking the same combo KAPrice recommend and is using himself - DCP/Brite/Supernova. Brite is a staple for me. I stopped for a while when I was taking the 11-KT, but beyond that break I've used it consistently since January or Feb.
Nothing I've tried ACTUALLY seems to burn fat, except those exceptions. Evomuse is the best, IMO - and he has never given me anything for free so it is the opinion of a customer...not of someone who got something for free.
I'm feeling just a little bit SMUG right now!

If I had to pick 1 of the evomuse products, it depends. Best product for 6 weeks, acute effects, would be DCP, again, look at my photos.
Best long term product - Brute, although I am feeling like Supernova may actually fall in the middle of these two after just 5 days. More acute effects than Brite, but may e not as noticeable as DCP.
Dcp if you have to pick one consensus.....
Stupid question time: 850 calories?! I know I'm larger but i cant even dream of dipping below 1200...

HGP and you are a lot bigger than me. 850 is probably technically more extreme than what I'm doing in that light. The key is to take .8-1 g of protein per pound of LEAN body mass and eat very little more than that. For HGP, that should probably be in the 160-200 g protein per day...which would put him at near 800 calories just for protein. Add in a little broccoli and some incidental calories, and he should probably be closer to 950-1000....but we will see how the 850 works for him.
Short story:
Today I told my nurse by phone that I'll pin the test myself.
Took the very small, girly insulin syringe I use to pin BPC (30 gauge) and filled it with 0.5ml (125mg) test-e. I knew the test was thicker than the BCP but I did not have other syringes to try.
I filled, filled, filled..... still filling....filling....damn is this taking long.....filling....only 0.1ml filled after 2 minutes?....filling.... keep filling....
8 minutes later...still filling... my beard is growing...filling...finger nails too....filling.........10 minutes..... done!
Now injecting:
Pinned it in my left delt and pushed the plunger....pushing.....push....push.....2 minutes pushing, hands start to shake, pause, shaking hands sitting at table with the syringe sticking in shoulder....pushing.....damn, wth?...pushing...pushing harder....pushing....5 minutes already....pushing...man, this is like childbirth....pushing....hands shaking....pushing...breathing forcefully and a drop of sweat forms on my forehead....pushing....cursing, breathing, shaking and pushing...puuuushing... 12 minutes later, done.
Lesson learned, need bigger needles in future.
Check out the article in the front page of AM a few weeks back about sub q injections for Test. May be applicable here....and will at least give less back pressure when injecting. Although, what do I know.? I've never injected.
