Still not at 100% but trying my best.
Yesterday had bad cravings at night and got carried away with 6 slices of white bread with ham and cheese and 7 oreos with a pint of whole milk.
Don't know what happened, I normally don't like bread or oreos, just found -and destroyed them.

For my upcoming re-start at the gym, I ordered 8 x 5mg Fragment 176-191.
My plan is a harsh 6 week cut HIT4ME style at 850 kcal a day.

Cycle will look like this:

1-6 Test-E 500mg (250mg 2x week) IM
1-6 Ostarine 25mg/day
1-6 Fragment 176-191 / 2 x 250mcg per day (one pre workout/cardio / one before bed) SC
1-6 MK-677 (upping to 30mg/day)
1-6 DMAA + Ephedra
1-6 exemestane/adex (when necessary EOD)
1-6 50mg TD Trest pre- workout

Support:
Vitamins
Fish oil
Saw Palmetto
Huperzine-a

I'll need a good OTC thermogenic fat burner, as I don't like clen -or T3 suggestions welcome :

Here in bananaland implants may be cheaper, my guess is around 1-2K (for both boobs, imagine you have only the bucks for one, your wife will turn into a "uni-breast")

Short story:

Today I told my nurse by phone that I'll pin the test myself.

Took the very small, girly insulin syringe I use to pin BPC (30 gauge) and filled it with 0.5ml (125mg) test-e. I knew the test was thicker than the BCP but I did not have other syringes to try.

I filled, filled, filled..... still filling....filling....damn is this taking long.....filling....only 0.1ml filled after 2 minutes?....filling.... keep filling....
8 minutes later...still filling... my beard is growing...filling...finger nails too....filling.........10 minutes..... done!

Now injecting:
Pinned it in my left delt and pushed the plunger....pushing.....push....push.....2 minutes pushing, hands start to shake, pause, shaking hands sitting at table with the syringe sticking in shoulder....pushing.....damn, wth?...pushing...pushing harder....pushing....5 minutes already....pushing...man, this is like childbirth....pushing....hands shaking....pushing...breathing forcefully and a drop of sweat forms on my forehead....pushing....cursing, breathing, shaking and pushing...puuuushing... 12 minutes later, done.

Lesson learned, need bigger needles in future.
 
Are they the needles the nurse provided? Or, did they just let you guess what to get?

This just seems bazaar that they'd give you a needle that isn't right for the substance.

Corrected my pinning post so readers can understand it better.
The nurse comes once a week, bringing her pinning gear and pins me in my butt. This time I told her to stay at home, grabbed my own gear I use with BPC-157 (very,very small girly-syringe) It barely worked.

It was hilarious! My little daughter sat in front of me doing her homework, watching me with open mouth how I tortured myself for 20 minutes, LMAO. I told her it's medicine for my shoulder, though.

Thanks for crediting me with the diet approach....but it isn't my idea. I am just the only one on here dumb enough to live on that edge, haha. But you and I have similar mental make ups, so I think you will do well. My first time on it, I expected to lose 40-50 pounds in 6-8 weeks (foolish) and knowing I just needed to last a short time really helped me stick to it.

As far as fat burners...DMAA is good. The IDL octodrine fat burner I've been using is also great for energy and appetite suppression.

Having said that, ephedrine/caffeine is still the best for mild energy and great appetite suppression.

Having said that, as far as actual fat burning....nothing on the market really works all that well, IMO...except:

Sodium Usniate which has the potential for liver toxicity and isn't available in the U.S. anymore was very effective.

The new DCP by Evomuse is the best thing I've ever used with the exception of Sodium Usniate. Honestly, I wouldn't have told you it was even working two weeks ago. I wasn't losing g weight, but my last update photos, the only real difference for me was that I started taking DCP one week before the August 5th photos, then only lost 1.5 pounds by the two week update photos on the 21st. This made me think the DCP wasn't working. Then I compared the photos, which you saw, and was shocked at the difference when I only lost 1.5 pounds. It is phenomenal and if the same thing happens this Sunday, you will know recognise stuff works. I added in Supernova from Evomuse about 5 days ago. So I am taking the same combo KAPrice recommend and is using himself - DCP/Brite/Supernova. Brite is a staple for me. I stopped for a while when I was taking the 11-KT, but beyond that break I've used it consistently since January or Feb.

Nothing I've tried ACTUALLY seems to burn fat, except those exceptions. Evomuse is the best, IMO - and he has never given me anything for free so it is the opinion of a customer...not of someone who got something for free.
I'm feeling just a little bit SMUG right now! :)

If I had to pick 1 of the evomuse products, it depends. Best product for 6 weeks, acute effects, would be DCP, again, look at my photos.

Best long term product - Brute, although I am feeling like Supernova may actually fall in the middle of these two after just 5 days. More acute effects than Brite, but may e not as noticeable as DCP.

HGP and you are a lot bigger than me. 850 is probably technically more extreme than what I'm doing in that light. The key is to take .8-1 g of protein per pound of LEAN body mass and eat very little more than that. For HGP, that should probably be in the 160-200 g protein per day...which would put him at near 800 calories just for protein. Add in a little broccoli and some incidental calories, and he should probably be closer to 950-1000....but we will see how the 850 works for him.

Check out the article in the front page of AM a few weeks back about sub q injections for Test. May be applicable here....and will at least give less back pressure when injecting. Although, what do I know.? I've never injected.
 
Oh, and Rasp Ketones - they are similar in structure to Capsaicin. Capsaicin has a lot of data for fat loss, and is one of the ingredients in DCP - in a pretty effective dose. I believe a lot of the data for RK has been extrapolated from capsaicin research. RK probably has some of the same effects, but I don't think it works in the real world nearly as well. The benefit of RK is it doesn't burn like capsaicin. I think you will experience stomach upset at over a gram/day and I think it takes more like 2 g per day to do anything...it is a good add on, but not a good main character.

Lol, if you can mask the burn, it isn't hot enough. When I measure out 10 mg of capsaicin powder in my kitchen, it will make my gf start coughing and cause her nose to burn . ...upstairs in our bedroom. My house isn't huge....but about 1600+ sq ft. ...the stuff is super strong.

Warm your vial under hot water to lower the viscosity of the Test E. This should help improve loading and injection time.

I protest your 850 kcal diet plan (I am no diet expert). One, you are healing your injured body and carbohydrates are necessary for that. Two, I feel this is too drastic calorie cut and your body will respond by going into survival mode, using muscle instead of fat.

Again, I'm "diet challenged" and still figuring what works for me. I'm sure others will chime in MrKleen73 The Solution.

I'm not all about em, but I do love a juicy set of tits these days, even if they ain't exactly nature made, the surgeons are getting better at making em look and feel more natural though now.

About the cut, I'll start it in 2 weeks, when I think I'm fully healed.
I share your thoughts on this but will go through the experience to confirm -or refute the notion that "much muscle" will be lost.
When I feel half way in I lose to much of muscles, I surely will tamper with my intake. Goal is to see if the benefits outweighs the sides. kenpoengineer , you should know me a bit by now, I'm nuts. :)

Okay so on the diet front. Extremely aggressive. Yes, good for your metabolism no. I would do something more like 2 weeks of that at .8-1g protien per lb bodyweight or lbm. Then go a week at new maintenance level with a heavy focus on carbs post workout and in the evening. Then do another 2 weeks protien only repeat up to 3 times. The week of maintenance with high carbs will increase leptin and that will increase/restore your metabolism so you begin burning faster again and do less damage to your metabolism.

That is more along the lines of Lyle McDonald's Rapid Fat Loss Manual. I did it and ran a log on here somewhere about it. I think I lost 12 or 14 pounds in two weeks and didn't lose any muscle after I filled back up with carbs.

You should read Lyle's book if you want to do it. It's really good. What do you think your current body fat level and weight is HGP?

There are 3 categories and you are most likely level II. Lyle suggests 1 refeed and 1 cheat per week at level 2.
MrKleen73 is pretty much on, only at level 2 you can run it longer. The layout Mrkleen gives is for level 1 ...below 15%.

As you know I don't buy into the entire metabolic damage as much as some other people, it is overblown but not totally unreal. Above 25% and it isn't such a concern. The leaner you get, the more of a concern it is. And long periods at low body fat will probably lead to a lot more muscle loss because you need the missing energy and it becomes less and less available from fat stores.

If you consider T3, I think it would be interesting to run T3 for 2 weeks prior to any deficit, and then through you 6 week deficit. My idea is to shut down T4 production in order to eliminate the rT3 conversion that occurs from low calorie and low carb diets. But you said no T3.

Why afraid of T3?

Based on your estimates you should be looking for 180 g protein and incidental carbs and fat, plus a small amount of cruciferous veggies. I believe the book you find for free is the old version, which says unlimited cruciferous veggies, but he updates that and says not to get carried away in the new version.

Plus 6-10 g fish oil.

I'm not fugging with my thyroid, no T3 for me. It will work without it. 500mg Test, Ephedra+DMAA and the GH-fragment thingy will suffice. The add Trest is for aggressiveness in the gym. Will do full body workouts 3 times a week for muscle maintenance, max 2 sets per exercise for max. 45min <--- I learned this one from HIT4ME , -the book talked about the limited benefit of doing much cardio, hehehe- good news for me, as I hate it.
Will keep my regular diet until I'm truly healed. Cut starts in about 2 weeks.
 
"Express" read the book, it's repeating what I had in mind already and gave insight to why stuff works -or not. Good read!

T3 shuts down thyroid, but the studies show you recover after going off.

Dieting with low carbs especially causes T4 to convert to reverse T3 at a higher rate and to T3 at a lower weight. RT3 is something like 1% as active as T3....this is a big part of the mechanism to put the breaks on your metabolism during a diet. The thing is, clearing rT3 from your system for some reason can take 12 weeks or more...this means that coming off a diet, you may have a 3 month period where your metabolism is a little slower and unable to speed up. IMO I think this is a huge reason why people think "the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back" "myth".

My theory is that if you preload with exogenous T3 before you diet, you will stop the production of T4 and have nothing to turn to rT3 once you start dieting.

But, I've never seen anyone else who believes this.

Even if I would consider T3 I would have to order it (could take a month to arrive here in manure-landia) and it would delay my time plan.Your hypothesis on T3 looks sound.

As I can't gain muscles on this diet, I'll go with your suggestion on training, when bulking starts it's volume time! :)
