Preparing for "carb backloading"in a deficit.
10 days keto and reduced cals, mostly meat and a fist full of salad, after 10th day: meat during day and a carb-meat meal after workout, still calorie restricted by -500kcal.
Only AAS in use is 250mg test-e every 10-12 days (TRT-light cruise).

Sound great, even if you just ate maintenance, with your diet and trt you'll make nice gains.

Gaining in a deficit would be awesome, main goal is to hold on to the muscle while losing fat. No extra supps are planed but I'm open for a logging opportunity if I find a sponsor.

For my taste and wifey's it sucked. I guess it's on the better side, nutrition wise, compared to those burgers made with wood pulp.

We always cook at home, our parents and grandparents did too, one of the few German traditions we kept.

Still having doms from Mondays triceps challenge.
I'm on day 3 of the 10 days keto diet, prior to carbs-back-loading.
Ketosis is around the corner, I can feel it.
Can't concentrate well, body aches and cravings for sweets are prominent.
Lost 6 lbs in the last 3 days, all water I guess.

Looking lean and mean HGP! I might have missed it but how are the knees feeling these days?

Knees are "kaputt". I need a professional diagnose first, before self treating with peptides, pentosan and adequan.
Have an appointment with orthopedic next week. After x-rays and whatever necessary, I may need surgery or go the self-medication route- or both.

He now prepares it himself, sometimes using 4 bananas mixed in milk- or fruit juice instead of yogurt. He loves it!

I first was wary too, because noodles or even rice makes me fat in no time.
But behold, oats are slow digesting and I did not got fat on them when bulking.
Just to be safe, they are forbidden as long as my cut goes.

I am not far behind. I tried a close cut/trim about two years ago. It did not look good. I don't plan to (intentionally) go back to that hair style, but mother nature is rapidly making that decision for me LOL.
 
I like the shaved look. I've been razoring for about 8 years and I don't have the balding gene. Whenever I think about growing my hair out I remind myself it's Florida and gets too damn hot for a sweater on my head.

I'm digging those rest pauses, TUT, drops and super sets and figured, THAT's the way for me. My son is getting huge on them too. He is now the strongest in his school, I'm really proud of him.

I think it's normal. I used to listen to 80's pop and early 90's rap. And I still kick on some Run Dmc or 2 Live Crew every so often, to my wife's annoyance!
