Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

I admire people who can workout all alone, personally, I can't do it.
I guess it's a ritual for me to dress, fill my gym bag with belts and straps and walk to the gym, you know, like rituals that smokers have, such as searching for the lighter, getting the cigarette out and afterwards stepping on the bud, if the comparison makes sense.
Four years ago, I bought some DB's , an elliptical and a rowing machine (like boat rowing) and never used them.

Thinking about it, I now believe my shoulder trouble came from bad form, like lifting the arms too high. Since I do Seth's form, I felt no pain and the pump is awesome! Like he said, it's about inches to get it right.
The anti-gravity press looks nasty, LOL Will try it next week with the alu-bar only and report back.

Thank you, sensei!
Yes! Strength is going up since I changed the diet. Will go for volume again with lesser weights for fear of injury.

Currently working on new exercises like: seated pull ups, seated deadlift and seated push ups.

Hehehe!

lol

Not bad. My elbows are not as bad but I am doing lighter weight anyway but now my right shoulder is all jacked up. I went to warm up with 225, unracked it and felt a sharp pain in my medial head. It sucks getting old. Haha. Hopefully when I am as old as you I look and perform as good as you.

How are you doing? I see you are getting it in like always.

Have shoulder trouble too, it sucks to get old, you are right!
Knees are as bad as before.
I'm on a trip to Florida in June, after that I will try BPC-157, Adequan and Pentosan (when I can get it) for healing the joints and tendons -and log it, would be great if it worked.
Edit: My contact here told me recently, he has HGH for sale at a reasonable price, may throw it in too.

Where at in Florida and when?

Age is just a number! Young people! Jeeesh! Lol

Got that right kenpo! I'm 45 and usually the guys I hire to work with me are in their early 20's. I have hired only 1 who can out run me to date
Plus, the best compliment I can get is when they say "damn, I hope I look like you when i'm 45"

He trains hard but I must constantly remind him to eat.
I have to sit beside him at the table and encourage him to finish his meals, every day...

The race is on to look -and perform like you, beware the "German locomotive"! LOL

News ticker ......

2 hours ago I was robbed in my store on gunpoint. My security guard had off this evening.
The worst thing was, the moment he got out I pressed the hidden button for silent alarm but it fired the alarm -with horn and everything!
That could have cost me my fugging life. Will cancel the contract with my private security . Are they nuts?
Damn, I was lucky again, the guy did not find the stash.
Estimated loss US1k, and almost ****ty underwear, when the alarm got off.

Damn, HGP! Hopefully the thief gets run over or shot at some point in the near future. There's no place in society for a man that takes food off another man's table.

Seems to me they were watching the store or were told by someone that security would be off tonight.

Holy crap, glad you're ok! This is the second time your store got hit.

The guy was in the store a week ago asking for e-cigarettes, my employee remembered. I guess he would have just bought a cig, if security were present.

this isnt the first time you have had issues here. Odds are they are going to come back, they always do and now they know you have that alarm. extra guard, dog or gun better all 3 just be careful man

Dang HG. Glad you came through that experience unscathed (even if your underwear didn't).

Last time were crackheads who broke in by force, this time, the guy was polite and educated, well dressed and looked like a student.
I didn't think of doing anything funny at the moment of the robbery, but thinking about all details I had at least 2 opportunities to knock him out.
Gladly I kept my calm...

LOL, so do I. I keep thinking about stopping by the Sparta Nutrition offices downtown, just to see what the owners/etc. are like. :)

Never heard of Sparta.

Where do you train at?

With a gun pointed at you, you did the smart thing hairygrandpa. Sometimes it doesn't pay to be a hero. Especially a dead hero.

They are a board sponsor and have a forum in the supps section. Mainly PH and just added on cycle and PCT support supps.
