Carb back loading,1700 kcal/day, clean beef,fish,chicken, eggs, greens and 1-2 table spoons coconut oil, 1 post workout whey and 1 casein shake at night.
Saturdays carb loading with potatoes, pasta, some alcohol.
My metabolism is very low by now, upping cardio (still hate it, but MUST do more). Since late 2014 I'm down from size XXXL to almost L but fat holds on to my chest and love handles.
