Over hand pull-ups FTW. Lol at eggs in milk. Rocky did this but not in milk. Here in the USA, our chicken and eggs have salmonella bacteria. You don't dare eat eggs raw.

-Training with friends, without family.
Pre-workout preparation:
* 1.5 gram Phenibut
* 1 T-shirt (one size too small), black (to give the illusion of a smaller belly)
* 1 small diamond earring for bling (lost in a drawer for 20 years)
* 6 ounces of expensive perfume, evenly rubbed over whole body.
Workout:
Dark Dog-Vodka x1 (1 minute rest between sips)
Vodka-Orange x1/1/1/1/1/1 (seated, 2 minutes rest between sips)
Bud light x1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1/1 (very short pauses here between sets )
Cardio:
* 4 hours non-stop dancing with WAY too young girls for my age.
I kept optimal form, while moving like a dude on fire and with a chili in his butt.

Calories consumed = who gives a fcuk, you only live once and we ain't training for the Olympia.
Calories burned = depends on how hot the girls were

The girls were fairly ugly at first, after the 6th set of Bud's it got better!

I was officially at the farm, planting, getting a cow pregnant (seriously) and other work, what I truly did, but not at night...

Rest pause is killer! What kind of rest pause training is that?
It's called: "Hairygrandpa's sado-maso-method". LOL
Every set, followed by one rest-pause set. I don't follow any particular system.
For me it's:
-Short rests
-optimal form
-shorter rests
-more sets
-one more set
...and when you think it's over, wrong! Dips or pull-ups at the end of a session. Done.
I'd like to hear more about this. I'm liking the states less and less every year.

just take a knee and breath man . After my accident in 08 I went through that from being bed ridden for what seemed like forever.

Today I observed others in the gym while resting. They do half-azzed sets with no passion or aggression. I pity them. They are always at the gym and not one progressed in a year. Sitting on a bench in designer clothing and using their stupid phones. No sweat, no grunting, not a wrinkle in their T-shirt.
Seeing this made me feel alive. Hulk, we are better than this!
